Well most people know how fast food is but this is the 1st time the meal look good enough to use for a commercial. I opened the samwitch to spread the toppings out evenly on the Berger and to my surprise it was spread out perfectly this is the first time I didn't have to do a thing to it.not 1 thing was clumped in a pile.pefect,and the Fry's couldn't have been out of the fryer more the a minute and a half.and the staff was superb. I don't like to write a bad review for any place however I had the worst experience at this McDonald's. I ordered a crispy chicken combo the chicken was so gross that i felt sick it was spongy and stringy and tasted like this weird over cooked potatoes then the fries tasted like fish. The store us always clean and the staff is always polite and ots way faster then the gulf to bay store however the food at this particular visit wasnt good at all...

The service is terrible, they gave us some poor hamburgers and the ones were half-baked, we went to change them and they told us that it couldn't be done, when one of the hamburgers arrived, it had a hair on it and there was no empathy when it came to the change… This store is very dirty… It is important that the owners pay attention to customer comments…

This place is notorious for getting you food wrong don’t go here. On top of that they gaslight into saying you didn’t order correctly and then when you show your receipt which proves you correct they refuse to redeem the incorrect order.

The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to I waited 12 minutes for my food. I should have video recorded. The guy behind the counter staring at his phone while i'm waiting for my food. Management was just as bad. If I could post without giving it stars I would.
All I got was a cheese burger. The buns were burnt. They were not brownish they were black burnt. I threw the whole burger away. I will not go back for anything. The service and food from there is terrible, especially for the prices they charge.

Third day in a row I’ve been in our mocha machine has not been working. Used my point took my point and wasn’t able to get one now I have to call some phone number that I don’t have to get the points put back on. I pretty much go there for coffee Frappe no whip cream no drizzle and a shot of espresso on the side!! $2.89 then 80 cents for the shot

The breakfast meals now for some reason only come with coffee. You have to pay an upcharge to get anything else. I don't know what makes them so special but no other McDonald's in the area does this. Never going back.
