How long do you have to wait at the front counter with workers and the manager walking by to wait for a refill? Is that the reason why fountain machines are being taken out? 15 min later I get asked “can I help you”. Please teach your managers and workers that when I customer is at the front desk with empty cups in there hands, it means they need refill. Not to just keep walking by

While waiting for my order another customer brought back a wrong order. Sure enough my order was wrong as well. Long wait for food. Was traveling and stopped in for food, not familiar with area and didn't feel like the safest place.
I believe it was a manager but she went above and beyond this morning for my son who is an extremely picky eater and only wanted French fries this morning for breakfast. They were still about an hr out from starting to serve lunch and she over heard and came over and asked if that’s all he wanted which yes it was and said she would go make him some. Ended up with some extra and asked my daughter if she would like them. Made my kids day which in return made mine. Thank you!!!

Dining in here has become so impersonal. No one takes your order. No condiments or soda fountain in the dining area. No people sitting around talking and laughing.

Food was hot especially the fries. Service was pleasant and pretty fast, but not like the 1980, burgers back then came ready on a rack, just grab and bag. It has the cleanest dinning area.
The food was good and they got my order right.
