We took out our dinner. The bowl had dry rice and chicken was stale. Kids quesadillas was first packed like you squeeze the aluminum foil when your food is done. Then my son tried the food and quesadillas were dry. No flavor in burritos that I forgot to take the picture. The store atmosphere itself was not cleaned and fresh looking. So decided to take out. We were trying the restaurant for the first time. We are very disappointed.

There was a girl employee who had her red underwear showing while sagging her pants. She walked out to clean the lobby many times with no care. The cashier had headphones in and didn't seem to want to be there. Won't be back for that kind of service

We have 6 people eating chips and the large queso and received one order of chips. Not enough for our family. Then, my husband did not get his side of sour cream nor his side of salsa.I called and spoke to the manager there was nothing he would do about it. This isn't the first time we've not been given enough chips for our order.

We have ordered from this store multiple times and never get our free side of salsa or sides of kicking cayenne sauces....I have called and complained 3 times and it still happens. Will never order from this store delivery again!!!!!

Let’s start off with the place having a foul odor through and through. They didn’t have anything we wanted prepared, granted it was about 8:45 pm. One of the girls who was serving us was nice enough to try, but one of the males workers (NATHAN) didn’t have the best attitude at all, trust me I worked in food service so I understand being miserable, but let’s not try to ruin the atmosphere. With that being said I took about 4 bites of my bowl and threw it out, luckily my husband said his food was OKAY enough to eat, also the trash was full to the brim. I will never go to this Moes again, but what does that matter, IT probably won’t change. $40 down the drain
Employees look and act like they're on drugs. Either that or they just really don't want to be there and don't care. She put so little meat on my burrito that she couldn't spread it from one side to another. I casually mentioned that it didn't seem like a correct portion but she wouldn't budge. So I said I'll pay for the extra meat. Then i didn't realize there was an upcharge for that meat until I got to the register where they double up charge me. They do print on their signs, that there might be an upcharge but honestly you have to walk right up to the sign to see that. Very misleading. I think I'm going to use my banked rewards and once they're gone I'm done. Moe's is not what it used to be.

This location is chronically understaffed even though the employees are doing their best. It always smells like sewage in a way that simply mopping or cleaning can't fix, it's gotta be something with the plumbing, like the drain system. All changes that can't be made by the floor staff and can only be fixed by ownership.
