Unfortunately, after trying Pelican meals for about a month, I don't think I will continue purchasing meals from them. For the price point, this is an excellent choice for any local college students or fitness-focused individuals. As a runner, I was very interested due to the macros.However, the only meals I have enjoyed are the naked pulled chicken and steak meals. I do recommend those! You get great macros for the price! I add hot sauce and salt for flavor. It's also a great time saver since you won't have to cook and meal prep yourself.Other than those meals, it seems that the quality is just not there. First, it doesn't help that the online photos aren't an accurate representation of what you're getting. The salmon seems very low quality, and anything with mashed potatoes, marinara sauce, sausage, or ground beef tastes funky. Besides the naked meals, I have not found anything else I've enjoyed.

We've used this service for about 3 months now. (Dinners Only) Although I'm not a big fan of the rice dishes, I simply don't order many of those. The price is great for us because we buy enough to get a discount each week. ($7/meal Total) Sometimes I feel the food is not seasoned enough, but I also realize that seasoning is a personal choice and I can always add my own. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Pelican Meals!

Most the meats taste unseasoned and just plain bad.The chicken is unlike the photos on the website, it's the same bland shredded chicken in almost every meal while the photos on the site would lead you to believe it would be baked/pan fried/grilled chicken breast.The ground beef taste awful, I don't know how else to describe it.Photos of the food don't look bad but the taste is so bad.Lots of great reviews on here so I'm surprised that this has never been mentioned and unfortunately it led me to place a big order that I ended up tossing out.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect.
