Angela, the store manager, cowardly hid when she saw us coming with our delivery bag. I'm not kidding. Her staff screwed up and bagged up 1 of the 3 items we ordered and when she saw us walk in with the bag she ran to the bathroom and hid for several minutes while her employee had to awkwardly wait for her to come out to address us. She then told us there was nothing she could do and made no effort to make their error right. Will never eat here again, and I want to warn anyone else who reads this, this location sucks. And Angela is worthless.

Thankfully, a new team of cooks has been brought in to this location! For lunch today, I had a Tropi Bowl and the chicken was delicious. In the past, the chicken was frequently burnt and dry as others have said. So happy that management is trying to remedy the situation!

Chicken was very burnt. Black beans were very watery. Make sure to check your food before you leave the parking lot. Customer service and food quality was not very good. Nothing like the good old Pollo tropical. This place was the best at some point nowadays you can’t even get good food quality. Black beans had 80% water not even worth eating chicken was very burnt. We will not be coming back to this location anymore.

They screwed up my order twice in a row the same day!! How hard is it to get a simple order right? And minimum wage workers demand $15/hr but can’t even get an order right when the buttons have pictures.

My first time trying Pollo Tropical. I got the Mojo pork plate with black beans and Mac n cheese. Everything was really good. We tried a bunch of sauces. I love the guava bbq sauce. Sweet and tangy. The pineapple rum sauce was my favorite. It wasn't overly sweet just really flavorful and sticky. It went great with my pork. My husband loves the garlic cilantro sauce. It's mostly garlic with a slight cilantro flavor. I would definitely go again to try more things.

Hard to tell if this place is even open as soon as it starts to get dark. The signage is all off and the lights are low in the dining room.If that's a corporate thing, I'm not sure how the company survives. What I assume is that employees are trying to keep guests from thinking the business is open.The food was good, they were out of a lot of things, the people were nice. Just a weird way to operate a business. I'd assume the staff is underpaid and overworked so they try to turn away business. Typical restaurant in today's environment.Overall, this place is nothing special but if you want some grilled chicken in a pinch, I guess it will do?
Food was delicious, nice portions and great service! Sabrina was very professional when she fixed an order that had been accidentally charged wrong the day before. Will be definitely coming back.

We have very limited pollo tropical locations around and this location while is the better of the ones that are close. I have noticed that the service just is not there. From not having things on the menu at any given time. To not locking lobby doors and telling all customers when they walk in that the lobby is closed and they have to go through drive thru. As the staff is sitting at the register ringing things up. I am immensely unimpressed with the lack of care and customer service at all of my local locations. Pollo tropical needs some changes...

The place was clean and the service was good... The food was not bad, but it's not great or going to knock your socks off either. I thought my chicken was too dry.. The sauces were delicious . The young lady who took my order was very pleasant. For the price of what I paid and the quality of the food.. I don't think I will be back. ??

Epic fall from grace... as the majority of the recent reviews claim, this place just isn't what it used to be. This location never seems too busy, but it's somehow fairly dirty every time I have been. The employees are typically on their phones and not super helpful or happy. Food used to be great, now chicken is often dry, and overall just not the same. This location is headed in a bad direction...

What happened to Pollo Tropical? It is literally so bad that I'm having trouble understanding how it is in business. The French fries were the worst fries I've ever had no exaggeration. Imagine biting into a potato wedge and it's empty. No potato inside. I laughed it off and then tried the next one. Same fate. The French fries were empty fried shells. The chicken sandwich was thin, dry, tasteless, and almost inedible. They were out of cilantro garlic, curry, and poyo sauce. Why even ask what sauces we want when you only had 1? I went inside to see if they still had self serve sauces, but they don't. I know I know it's fast food what do I expect? Well, definitely more than this. Honestly I cannot emphasize how much you should not spend any of your hard earned money here. When I review restaurants I try my best to review based on value. I can and have give 5 stars to fast food and 4 stars to fine dining. Pollo Tropical does not give you food worth the price you pay.
