Even though I couldn't dine in, the quality of the food and the care in packaging ensured that I enjoyed a top-notch seafood meal right from the comfort of my home.The ordering process was a breeze, thanks to their user-friendly online system. Everything was well-organized, making it easy to browse through their extensive menu and make my selections. The staff was also very helpful over the phone, offering suggestions and ensuring that my order was exactly as I wanted.I opted for the seafood platter, which included a generous assortment of grilled shrimp, scallops, and a beautifully cooked piece of salmon. The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The spices were spot on, enhancing the natural flavors of the sea without overpowering them. The platter came with sides of garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables, both of which were delicious and well-portioned.The highlight of my meal was definitely the crab cakes—packed with chunks of tender crab meat and very little filler, they were among the best I’ve ever had. This restaurant is great place for local caught blue crabs and seafood. They are a Black owned family business and crab lovers from around the Clearwater area will be more than satisfied!

I called in an order for shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and an egg with no sauce but I wanted the sauce on the side. I sent someone to pick it up and when I received it it had sauce on it. I call so they could fix the order and when they answered, I told him the issue First I got a thank you for letting us know and They didn't even offer to fix it. They suggested that I just pour some of the sauce off of it I just wanted it the way I ordered it so I didn't even eat it. I gave it away because it wasn't what I wanted. I firmly believe in supporting small black businesses, but I will never go back here again there's no customer service skills on fixing or dealing with the customer I guess from now on one of those bigger, seafood places like Mr. and Mrs. crab I will continue to order through them. I would rather spend my money and get what I ask for spend my money and no one cares. And I only ask for sauce on the side because I do not like a lot of sauce on my food. I just wanted to dip as I wanted to point it off was not a solution, but thanks Pompey you guys have lost a customer in me.

Pompey's Seafood has absolutely amazing garlic crabs and garlic sauce to go over them. They always include potatoes and sausage and corn with their garlic crabs.. I also enjoy their crab rice and the boiled eggs as well. The owner and staff are truly kind, personable, helpful and engaging. The prices are very reasonable as well. This is a place you should definitely visit can take the opportunity to buy the garlic crabs, take home and enjoy the privacy of your own home because it's super super messy and delicious

I used to love their food. I haven't ordered from here in years. I was on the clock doing some foodie research. I arrived at 1045 after calling & getting no answer. When I walked in I was told the kitchen opens at 1130, website says 11. I was told I could call & order so I went back to my vehicle. I called in my order & was told the kitchen doesn't open until 12pm. I watched people pick up their orders & leave. I was still waiting for my order that I paid for. I have never had any issues with them before but 2 hours & I feel it was done on purpose. I also had a black woman snap on me because I accidently touched her trying to get out of the way of a delivery person. I won't be going back. $56 for crap that was inedible.

I had Pompey Seafood for the first time tonight! They had a stand at Tarpon Springs first Friday festival and let me tell you it was ahhhmazzingggg. I've never been to their actual establishment but I will say the stand they had was perfectly arranged and even had a display of their food options. Reasonably priced for the portions and cooked fresh and to perfection. Staff were super friendly and you can tell they knew what they were doing! Definitely a must if I am ever in the area or happen to see them at another festival!
