We had a great meal at Acqua Alta. A very tasty pizza appetizer, 2 great Italian wines, delicious ravioli, entertaining and informative waiter(Alessandro (sp?)), and gelato. Have to go back!

Decided to meet some friends out for dinner so we met up here. I ordered the Pasta Pescatora. I was disappointed. There was no squid or salmon in my pasta. There were 4 tiny scallops and 3 shrimp which were over cooked. The pasta was bland and overcooked as well. My friend ordered the same pasta dish and specifically asked that the salmon not be overcooked. Her seafood was overcooked as well. The gelato was delicious. Read all the positive reviews before going there. Don’t know if it was an off night…It’s a great atmosphere with terrific service, but my meal was lacking.

You’re missing out if you’ve not experience this lovely, quaint Italian bistro. We started with the octopus and a glass of wine and then shared the tagliatelle and a glass of wine. We landed on taking a pint of gelato home because when in Rome!

Menu very confusing. My dinner of linguini salmon shrimp scallops squid was very very dry.no sauce.very disappointing. My friends dish was not good either. Too bad too I was looking forward to going somewhere new. I told the girl who picked up plates how disappointing I was and noone came to ask why. Poor business to not respond to a customer's concern. For my Birthday I was not impressed.

Perfection! Absolute Perfect dining experience tonight. Our waitress, Sofie, was impeccable! She was so patient and knowledgeable, extremely attentive and kind. Paolo, the Owner, came over to check in and was very appreciative we were there. The food was outstanding and superior, a new favorite was established tonight for sure. Grazie mille!! Very good experience. My wife and I were a little intimidated by the menu, but the owner was very friendly and attentive and explained everything. Food was phenomenal I highly recommend the carbonara and pappardelle . Everything tastes homemade.Definitely will be coming back here again.
