Very clean, brightly lit and a happy interior. The Burrito Bowl was something different than anywhere else and it's two meals. Four sauces on the table, none too hot. Fresh, thick, crispy chips. Very attentive service.

Saw it on the Tampa Bay Restaurant Week website and decided to try it. We were not let down. Food was amazing. Plenty of leftovers. Drinks were delicious. Atmosphere was cool. Our server was awesome.

Delish! Their food truck visited our apartment complex and they did not disappoint! Their blueberry margarita was so good! We can't wait to try the rest of their menu at the brick and mortar location!

We went here to eat because we always eat at a Mexican restaurant while on vacation. But this was a mistake!! My wife ordered 2 chicken tacos and I ordered a chicken and cheese casadilla and was totally disappointed. We got our food and took a bite and spit it out because the chicken literally tasted like tuna. And was the consistency of moist cat food. Mine should have had grilled chicken, but had tuna chicken instead. Totally discussing. And I had to send mine back because they brought me out only cheese. Then I get something I didn’t even end up eating anyway.

Everything was Great.. bill was 84.00 I tipped 45.00. The food and Server were top notch... When I got home I looked at Bill .. they charged me for all 3 sprites my Son had and 2 Iced Tea . My daughter only ordered 1. The server offered the 2nd which was not even consumed by my daughter... 13.75 for soda really pissed me off. I won't be back.

In the area and decided to check this out. My wife and I are both fans of Mexican (me more Tex-Mex) food, we decided to check it out. A bit after lunch and not very busy. Appeared to me more evening oriented with ads for live music and specialty drinks. Our server Angela quickly brought water for my wife and iced tea for me while we glanced at the menu. My wife asked for the Queso Fundida and I had to try the Chicken Chicarrones. The Fundida was disappointing, a mishmash of ingredients that weren't that great blended. Queso Blanco, not available, would have been much better. The Chicken Chicarrones were great! Hot and crispy but very greasy. I admit I ordered mainly to take to our youngest daughter who chooses the skin on fried chicken. For entrees my wife chose the Burrito Bowl with chicken and I selected the Enchiladas Verdes. Took awhile for the entrees to come so we nibbled on the small dish of complimentary tortillas and salsa. The salsa was disappointing and when I asked for hot salsa, they had none! Instead I was directed to four bottles of hot sauce to flavor the salsa, none of which had any heat. Both of our meals were disappointing. Not Mexican, not Tex-Mex, a confusing blend of something else. The tortillas were hot, crispy, and delightful, but not enough to carry the meal and maybe a third of amount that is normal. Extra chips and salsa at extra cost. We left more than half our entrees.

Was able to reserve a table for a large party on Friday night last minute, many places do not even offer reservations anymore so I was very thankful. We sat outside so the kids in our party could play on the lawn. The live music was VERY loud and the people in our party had to shout to one another the whole time which was the only negative we had for the evening. We could've sat inside but it was a beautiful evening with a great breeze so we wanted to enjoy. Tacos are pretty small for the price and should come with rice and beans or some kind of side IMO. All our food and drinks were very tasty! Great service as well. Overall a great place for large parties or even just a date night.

My wife and I had been planning on eating at the Sea Dog Cantina for some time now and we're so glad we finally did. The service, food, and ambiance were all delightful. The manager, Kathy stopped by our table to check on things, and we ended up having a delightful conversation with her as well as with several members of the staff. They were very helpful and informative regarding when they have specials of the week, such as BOGO fajitas on Wednesdays, kids eat free on Mondays, or Juke Box Bingo night. Looking forward to going back!

Our food was excellent and the first place in 7 years of trying to find decent salsa we found it here. Will definitely be back

Location is easy to get to. Service is good. Happy hour 4-7 lots of entertainment. Ambiance is great and decor is the best I've seen in a Mexican restaurant dog friendly. They need music on the patio they have fun games. Good good good prices nice place.

The Sea Dog Cantina is an a harder to get to location off of Enterprise in Countryside, but well worth the visit. The interior is warm and inviting and the outside seating area is really well set up. The staff is always courteous and management is positive and remembers you as a Customer. Happy Hour (4-7 pm weekdays) is a bonus adder. Food is good - tacos (2 per order) may seem a little pricey at first glance, but are larger than street tacos and very good. I had the short rib ( 2 for $10) and they were very filling. Chicken Tinga (2 for $9) were also good per my better half. A real positive is the offering of nightly activities. Yet to attend is the trivia night on Tuesday night. Obviously a hit whereas our awesome server Olivia highly recommended we make reservations (note to self - prizes must be good if on a Tuesday night you need reservations!). Beer is their own brew. Rotating taps with seasonal beers (which are limited). I would recommend it. Come early for outside seating and enjoy. A trip well with your while. PS - ask for Olivia - she is an attentive and positive server and provided excellent information about all the events offered.

This is a cute restaurant located near the Countryside mall. It was a fun environment and the staff was very friendly. Our waitress was very nice and made great suggestions since we were first time visitors. They offer free chips and salsa. I will say I've had better salsa at other restaurants so I would like to try the guacamole or queso next time. The short rib enchiladas were really good! The meat was cooked very well and everything was full of flavor. The shrimp was cooked well too! We also went ahead and tried some dessert. The brownie was to die for and I would come back for that alone! I definitely can't wait to visit again so I can try out other menu items.

Server appeared to have never waited on tables served everything from one side of the table reaching over to serve meal and beverages along with every refill. Our first time there and don't plan to return.
