Google hours are listed that the location closes at 8:30pm. We arrived at 8:01pm and were told they close at 8pm. The staff was making food for a couple inside the restaurant that was waiting, and acknowledged that the hours on Google are wrong and that it needs to be fixed. Under the circumstances, the right thing to do would have been to take our order and not send us away.

Food is great, people are friendly, but always have problems with online orders at this location. I come to pickup my food only to find out it wasn’t made and only when i show up does food start being prepared. This happened 3 last orders I placed back to back. As much as I like this place, I can’t afford to spend so much time to wait for food to be done.

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries at 7pm. The red headed girl with tattoos who works the orders gave me the wrong order and gave mine to another person. She said sorry. So after 20 minutes they gave me "correct order" but again it was wrong because it was missing the second set of fries. She said sorry. So now it's 7:30pm and she's getting me fries. I asked nicely if we could get something for the inconvenience, and she said she could ask. Came back and said she could offer a coupon? I told her ok that's fine we are not even from here since the one in Jacksonville closed it is not going to work. She said "no worries, give it to another customer" Sad, because the food is good but the service we received was terrible. No wonder I don't see many locations anymore

Smashburger! What has happened to you! I tried Smashburger when the chain first started and the burgers were outstanding! Moved away from close locations and just recently found a place in my travels. I paid $14 for a dbl cheeseburger and greasy brussel sprouts. The sprouts were all core and super greasy. The burger had no flavor at all. I could have gone next door to Wendy's and got a burger with flavor for 1/2 the price. What happened to your spicey chicken? It was SO good...now just some bland grilled chicken you can get anywhere. You need to start standing out again! I will never be back. Outrageous pricing!

The food was okay. They have sweet potato fries and a black bean burger which was a plus. But 15 dollars for one person is expensive when Burger King is right down the road. Angela was very nice and had great customer service, she's the only reason I didn't review it as a one star. Lower the prices and you'd get more business!

Came here for first time. It was slow, and employees laced. Cook was not wearing mask. And front gal was not attentive. Burgers were just overpriced fast food, nothing special about it. Was "OK". I dont think we'll be back. But, we tried out a new spot. Back to our other spot.

Super clean, all staff masked, great menu items, don’t judge price until you eat it. Family of 5 ate for $70. Outstanding value for getting a double burgers, sides, drinks/shakes. These are Haagen dazs brand and not cheap .99 cent frostees from Wendy’s. Pay the $6 for 3 scoops of good quality. Our order was tricky with some wanting no cheese, some with extra jalapeños, some with black bean patty instead of beef, etc. everything came out perfect. Great job by the team. This isn’t for McDonald’s, Burger King, or Wendy’s dollar menu people. This is only if you want quality and certified angus with quality buns. Also, their fries are gluten free and feel lighter on your waistline.

I am truly disgusted by the way smashburger is handling themselves during this pandemic. I came in yesterday and the first thing that threw me off were the cups for drinks were lining the counters with a straw and lid stuffed inside however the employees i had seen thus far had been wearing gloves and masks so i let that slide and proceeded to order my food. After ordering I went to find a seat, the tables were disgusting, there was no way I was sitting at them so I went outside to see if I could find a seat there, same thing. They do not have employees regularly cleaning the tables as patrons use them which is complete neglect. At this point i decided i was going to just get my food and eat in my car. As I walk back into the restaurant the mail lady is bringing mail in, she hands it to the clerk at the register who I realize is not wearing gloves she then takes the mail and tossed it on the counter behind her on top of the door that opens the ice cream freezer. I then watch her without cleaning her hands moves it aside to open said freezer and make a milkshake, not sanitizing her hands first or putting on gloves. Once done she walks over and starts setting up more cups with lids and straws. Shes touching these lids and straws with her unsanitary hands and putting them inside cups that people are going to fill and drink out of, my skin was literally crawling. The final straw was when she went to go bag my food and I watched as she picked up my fries to place in the bag and her nasty hand literally touched the fries. At that point there was no way I was eating from there I demanded a refund and left absolutely appalled.
