They must have been having a tough day. I waited over 12 minutes for my order of 1 vente black tea. The wait was too long... I needed to be at work so I left even though I tipped$ 1 on a tea... needless to say I was disappointed. Unless you are a tourist and have the time to wait..... I would use another location. The staff was nice though I guess.... Even though they were confusing everyone and making drinks completely out of order and they didn't even ask my name for my order. Honestly I felt kinda scammed and dirty. Not how service should be done. It's attached to a hotel though so I assume they used to get a lot of corporate business and now their business model is obsolete.

I am a big Starbucks fan and as a Starbucks fan you have to be tolerant. Some locations are great, some are terrible. I did understand the decision to make it possible to add a tip for payments. I was here some times. Usually I can choose how much tip I add, but some servers just add the max. possible percentage tip on the screen and lie “i skipped that for you”. So getting these lies the experience can not get more than 1 star. I would fire such people.

Has the pleasure to meet: Bianca, Adhom, Joseph (night crew).They went above and beyond to make us amazing drinks with a smile!Bianca was so sweet and traded me for holiday cup! I gave her mine and she gave me hers cause we had the ones each other wanted!Thank you for making my night!!

Received a gift card for Pumpkin Spice Nitro Cold Brew coffee. Long name but it's delicious. Creamy with added nutmeg and cinnamon. I had to add sweetener but this is one of Starbucks' best holiday brews in a while. I enjoyed the outdoor seating here, too. It's right next to Clearwater Beach Pier 60 and across the street from the Marina.

We waited forever for 1 drink, with an empty lobby and 3 barista's behind the counter. They were too busy flirting to do their jobs. Even complaining about how bored they were! Then make my drink?

This place conveniently only accepts gifts starbucks gift cards for online orders. A $6 coffee was a $25 purchase because they sneakily made you buy a $25 gift card.

This location is insanely slow. My whole goal when I'm at the beach is to spend as much time on the beachvas possible not wait on food. My brother ordered food and it took so long we just left with drinks.

Here’s a Starbucks down on Clearwater Beach the Mecca Center of people on vacation and the place closes at 8:00pm unbelievable. I sat and watched as a lot of potential customers walked away after looking through the glass front doors seeing they were closed. ???

After giving customers unfriendly service, and bad attitude, they actually make sure to remind you to tip them. On top of all of this they got my order wrong. This is extremely offensive.
