I remember coming here in Summer 22 and I loved the atmosphere of this small store, there is a large choice of ice cream flavors. (As a French I came back on this page to see pics of this place, I’m nostalgic ? Here we don’t have that much ice cream flavors and they’re not as fancy!)Kid-friendliness: Lots of choice for kids!

Gave us a cup of melted ice cream straight from the machine. Boyfriend was in a rush to leave and didn't look at the ice cream but this is pretty crazy to think you can just serve someone. If the machine was acting up you can just say that and we can change our order instead of letting someone spend money on this

$8.55 for a ridiculously strong syrupy tasting strawberry shake. For that much money I expected real strawberries. They will not give you a paper receipt. Parking is a nightmare. I have no idea how they have such a high star rating. I will absolutely never go back.

Great ice cream flavors and other sweet goodies at resonable priced.
Very good ice cream also has a nice chocolates area with a decent assortment of candies. My only complaint is the putrid smell outside the building right by the picnic benches that smells like rotten sewage.

I always take my daughter here when I'm in Dunedin, the people are so nice and they give free samples aka taste spoons. I went here recently with my bf thinking he'd get something too or share with me. Tell me why the server gave me a big one scoop of birthday cake ice cream and I got the waffle cone because why not, I was flabbergasted! Most ice cream spots are not generous like that. The ambiance smells like waffle cones which is alluring and it's cold as soon as you walk in unfortunately, but their ice cream is always superb.

Love their ice cream...had Oreo sundae with hot fudge and peanut butter sauce. Don't bring large bills..they can't break them on a slower night. This location is much quieter than the Dunedin location so we appreciated that.

Great place to get great ice cream. There are lots of different desserts here to eat. My family only gets ice cream from here. Favorites are cookies and cream, birthday cake, and hot fudge . The fudges and cookie flavors are delicious. It's fun seeing people taking photos with the cow statues. Definitely recommend Strachans over other ice cream places in Florida.
