Don't be put off by its initial appearance, it's a cool place with good service, friendly staff, a high-quality projector and a nice setup. 5 stars.

TLDR: unorganized, but cleaner than my previous experience here. Friendly staff We ventured to this local Cinema cafe to see a movie with the kids. There was no one at the ticket counter and a sign telling us to pay for movie in the theater but no posted signs on what theater had which movie. It was a bit confusing to start. We ventured all the way back to where there is a bar area and eventually someone came out of a theater and said seating for Star Wars is open. All the people started crowding the theatre and things were a bit chaotic. The servers were very kind and seemed to go above and beyond to move tables and seats around for the bossy customers demanding changes in arrangements. Each of the kids had the chicken fingers and we had the fried pickles and potato skins. The food is essentially bar food. Food was hot but, drink refills were not easy to come by as they have no system for placing orders during movies (the owners should check out Gigglewaters as that place has a great system). Overall there is potential for a fun family experience but, they need a better system and toilet paper in the bathrooms... not one piece in any of the stalls.
