This is a newer Taco Bell, so it is better than most of the other fast food joints in the area. The staff in the drive-thru were very professional and efficient. Parking lot was tidy and kept up with. As Taco Bells go, this is one of the better restaurants that serve fast food tacos! Will be my Taco Bell of choice!
The people working in the back were attentive. Numerous customers having difficulty with the self-service, ordering due to some kind of trouble with the system or machine taking the payment. The staff came out from behind the counter from the kitchen, and was very polite and attentive.

I have contacted corporate multiple time. I have asked for multiple calls back and never get a response. I always order through the mobile app and when you try to go inside to pickup your order the dang door is locked over have the time. Sign says 8AM. They never open half the time on time. You mention it to a team member and they can care less. So if you expect to order on the mobile app you can forget going inside to pickup in the morning. Sorry service.

Best experience I've ever had a Taco Bell. A sign indicated kiosk orders only at the time that I was there, but an incredibly helpful employee still made sure I could pay in cash and get a receipt. My food came out super hot and delicious. Great food and excellent customer service.
If you're going to close 20 minutes early most night, change your closing time online.

Just got my meal and half to eat it but then it turn into a nightmare. I had a Mexican pizza and taco supreme combo. It was the worst Mexican pizza I ever have in my life. I used to work in Taco Bell as a teenager so I'm pretty cool and familiar with Taco Bell food. I'm happy they brought back Mexican pizza but man today it was rancid. I never had bitter food in Taco Bell ever. Come to think of it the Mexican pizza was still crunchy when I got home but it tasted rancid and bitter. My tongue became number and that bitter after taste is still hanging around. The oil must be bad. I never checked reviews because it's a taco bell and I know what I like and want. After today, I will be sure to check reviews before stepping into one. I tried to leave feedback on my app and it won't let me submit. Diners beware. If you tasted anything weird like I did stop eating and throw it away. I'm kinda crossing fingers that I don't end up in the hospital. Sorry I brought my food from 1824 Gulf To Bay.Vegetarian options: 7 Layer burrito. Bean burrito. Can ask for vegetarian option according to the app.
