Definitely not the best experience. We were in the area doing a transport and this taco bell was the most convenient for our travel route back to Destin. We walked in and there were 5 or 6 people in the back. No other customers were inside and one employee was handing the food to the only car that was in the drive thru. Nobody acknowledged us. We ordered on the kiosk which was no biggy as we do this at home as well. Out of the 4 of us, only 1 persons food was correct. Everything was wrong. Everything I asked to not have on my order was on it and the extra cheese they charge for was not on it. We were already in the road by the time I unwrapped my order and we had no time to go back and have it corrected. The extra cheese was only 50 cents. No big loss. The lack of professionalism or attention is where they lost me.

20 minute wait in drive through. Ordered two chicken burritos and two beef tacos. My order was incorrect, got a couple cold chalupas and some old nasty tacos after waiting forever. Steer clear of this place.

I ordered beef supreme chalupas got chicken and some other nasty thing instead . Was never given a receipt either so I pretty much wasted $12 on food that was not what I ordered . Unsure why nobody ever listens maybe get a self check out in the drive thru to prevent mishaps all the time

Once upon a time Taco Bell was my favorite fast food. Now they want me to take my own order, the food isn't great and it was all made sloppy.
Don’t know how to say it but this locations atmosphere is depressing. Not the surroundings but the service/people working here. It’s like you’re in a communist country. Must be something happening here that owners need to take care of. Started when we walked in. We r all seniors n hate using kiosks so we walked to the desk to order. Everyone ignored us, not a word said, absolutely no acknowledgment. We finally figured well I guess they r forcing us to use the kiosk, so we did. Whoever prepared the food did a great job as it was all good, and looking back there I did see a smile on her face. Wow, what an experience. Someone help these people.
