Ate here for lunch when visiting the Clearwater mall. It was surprisingly busy for the time of day but service was still excellent. Staff all friendly & food was great. The bag of hot donuts is an absolute must!

I took my family to Smokey Bones this week and had a great meal. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server Cody was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very patient and kid to my young children. Our drinks were always full and he made sure our experience was fantastic. The kids loved the warm donuts to top off a great meal.

Even (or in spite of) tremendously bad weather, our shrinking party was able to celebrate a milestone. The food was filling, menu had a lot of choices and we were able to stay with no rush until the weather subsided. A bit pricey for some entrees-we left with take out bags~solid choice if in the Gulf to Bay area.

My Wife and I visited Smokey Bones this afternoon for lunch; Ashley was our server. She was friendly enough, however she did not provide us with good service. She took our drink order, brought the drinks, took our food order, brought the food, and that was the last we saw of her until she brought the check after an unacceptable wait. She did not even check on us or ask if everything was okay. It was not okay; we both ordered fries with lunch, the fries were cold and had been around for a long time grrrrr! The restaurant was not clean, everything at our table was greasy and the blinds on the windows were totally covered with dust. The seats on the booth were split open and in serious need of repair or replacement. Shame on us for staying long enough to order, should have walked. It appeared that the restaurant was under staffed, but the paying customer who keeps their doors open should not have to suffer. All I can say to anyone interested is "Yuk"! do yourself a favor and find another restaurant - we will never return to this establishment.
Bar service I would have to say was excellent. Food on the other hand was overcooked and tasteless (chicken and salmon- even the French fries were over cooked.) We said something to a gentleman that appeared to be manager like - he walked over to the kitchen and never saw him again.

Overrated in my opinion. We wanted a place to eat near the hotel where we did not have to drive. Went there thinking the protein meals would be filling, they weren't. Decided to try the Bonefire meal for 2. The pictures make it look 10 times better than it was. It also came out warm and we sent it back to heat up. Very unfilling and had to eat something later. The service was decent at best and the atmosphere was probably the highlight of this visit.

I rely on reviews to choose my restaurants while travelling & I can’t understand how this restaurant got such good reviews. Of all the places we’ve eaten in Florida, this was the worst. Bad service, substandard food & high prices. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. So many really good ones in the area

I have been a long-time client of this location. I am a single mother and had a Valentines dinner with my 2 sons at the Gulf to bay location. I have never in all my years as a customer ever had such an amazing server named Brandon Q. from N.Y. as I did last night. Not only was his service on point, his personality made us feel right at home. Brandon Q. is manager material. In all my years as a customer, this is the first time an employee of yours has made such a wonderful impression with his work skills and people skills. He is a gem!!! Thanks, Brandon Q . for a memorable night with my sons this Valentines Day 2023!!
