I went to Toucans while in spring break. The food was all wrong and completely over or underdone. One person in my party found plastic in their wrap. I would not recommend Toucans to anyone.

While vacationing we wanted crab legs. Not sure if this in the norm in this area, but do not waste your time on getting crab legs here. Market value for snow crab was around $50 and most of the crab legs were empty or not full. Just don’t waste your time and order something else. Other menu items looked great. Shocktop beer special was $5, which was a great deal, because Miller lite bottles were $7. Server at bar was nice.

The food was not good at all. I ordered wings hoping it was a safe choice, it was their restaurants “top pick”, and they were not good at all. Our waitress was new but pleasant. Save yourself the trip.

Walked in a little before seven. Sat at the bar, only one other person in there that I saw. Ordered an ahi tuna and a medium rare burger. Tuna was decent Waited over a half an hour for the burger. At the twenty minute mark, I looked back at the kitchen to see if there was anyone in there. Three guys in the service window talking with another server. Another 15 minutes and my food shows up. Fries are cold. Burger is a solid well done and cold as well. Waaayyy too many places to spend money on food around here. Ended up at craps hideaway around the corner. They killed it.

Shanon K was beyond and above amazing!! She found my friends purse in the restroom and she made it a mission to find her based on the name on her ID. It's hard to find honest, hard working people like shanon K. Any time I ordered from her she took my order with a smile and brought it in a promptly manner. As a former server and bartender I truly appreciate the service shanon provided for us tonight. Our night could have been ruined but her honesty and hard work made our night ☺️. Amazing service with a smile, I definitely recommend Shanon to take of you of you want to have a great night out.

Location was great, really clean. They weren't Busy with some outside seating. The food tasted good. However, we were really disappointed with the Amount & quality of the food for the price. We ordered bang bang shrimp $18.95 5 shrimp... ordered potato skins again$18.95 they was like bite size, seriously. Some were 2 or 3 bites worth.. very disappointed with the price compared to the small amount of food. I wouldn't return.

Really fun bar to hangout at. The karaoke here was really fun. The gentleman who hosts the karaoke nights does a great job at keeping the bar guests happy and entertained. The drinks at this bar are also great they offer a wide collection of different cocktails & beers. The reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because of the pricing on the food. The prices on the food are significantly higher than the restaurants that surround the area. I remember seeing $20 for speciality fries. Maybe consider slightly lowering the prices on food and more people would order it. Thanks owners managers and staff. Bar hosts were also very friendly. They are open late so feel free to stick around.
