At this cozy place with a French flair you can have an authentic French cuisine but the portions are considerably small. Im giving it 4 stars ?.

Go here immediately!! My wife and I discovered this restaurant today and thought we would try it out! The owners are from Lyon, France and have only been in America about one year. They are so friendly and welcoming and attentive during our meal. They took joy in sharing their love of France and it’s food. They had a special for an appetizer, entree and desert for $32.00. I got the asparagus flan which was unlike anything I have had before, and I eat a lot of interesting food

The restaurant "Une Part d'Amour" (A Slice of Love) should have been called "Une Part de Paradis" (A Slice of Heaven)!Christian, his wife Beatrice and their amazing chef Julien, succeeded in grasping the delicate balance of a delightful palate pleasing menu and amazingly affordable prices. The modern French Art Deco look remains cozy and the warm welcome leaves you feeling like you're having dinner with long time friends.Their lunch menu is simple, affordable and pleasing to anyone working in the area in need of a quick, yet delicious break. But their dinner menu is where they shine in delivering the French culinary art, which becomes obvious at the first bite of any items you decide to select. They offer a $32 dinner menu, which includes a starter, an entree and a desert; but don't get fooled by the price, you'll get top notch French food presented with the same care as a star rated fine dinning restaurant. On top of the regular menu, they offer a "plat du mois", currently, Sautéed duck breast with a green peppercorn sauce.I will strongly suggest reservations though, especially with the current Covid restrictions. They are open Wednesday thru Sunday.Enjoy!

Amazing little place that I am so happy we found. The food is amazing, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and authentic, while the prices are reasonable. Now that I have found this place I will be coming back here often to try the brunch and dinner options.

Fantastic place with amazing food. We, quite luckily, stumbled upon this place for lunch and will be back again and again. You can tell by the food that they have poured their heart and soul into the food, and let me tell you about the food - it was amazing.Better yet, the price can't be beat. We had an amazing lunch for under $20.00. The place is clean and perfect for a quick bite to eat, but I cannot wait to have a date night there and try an amazing looking dinner menu.

This little restaurant is amazing! It has great service and even better food. It's very clean! This would be a great lunch or brunch place but also perfect for a date night with it's quaint feel. I would highly recommend! We will absolutely return.

This is a small cafe in the Candlewood Suites shopping center. It's hard to find, as there is no signage above the door. We were greeted by Beatrice (?) when we arrived and though she speaks little English (and we speak no French), she was very pleasant and we were able to communicate well enough. This is a small restaurant with approximately six tables inside and two or three tables set up outside. The prix fixe menu was $32 pp. We started with the summer soup. I could eat a barrel of it! It was smooth and delicious. The salmon carpaccio was also very good. It was served with a well dressed balsamic salad blend in the middle of the plate. We were not served rolls but, instead, a few slices of Italian bread. I was hoping for wonderful bread. The steak au poivre was cooked medium rare. It was good, albeit a little too salty for my taste. The couquille saint jacques, however, was extremely salty. It is also not presented in a manner I'm used to. It was more like pan seared scallops served on top of a bed of risotto. There was no creamy sauce. The chocolate mousse was fabulous. I would highly recommend you get that. The crème brûlée was also good, though I would have liked the top to have been a little more brûléed so it cracked when you hit it with a spoon. I will definitely go back to try some of their lunch items and also to get more of that soup!

The food was delicious and so fresh. The atmosphere makes it feel like you are sitting in a small restaurant in France. We loved it!

This is a small somewhat new place, and the cooking is excellent and the prices reasonable (more on that below). We had dinner there last night, and what was on the plates was as good as it gets. We had as appetizers an asparagus flan(?!) with some kind of pink sauce - how unusual is that! Excellent. And a salad - you might say "A salad is just a salad" but this was as good as I've ever had, described on the menu as 'chef's tomatoes' or something like that (that's an issue you have to look past - there can be a language barrier understanding the menu or the staff) - including sort of mixed greens and different cheeses. As entrees, steak au poivre (actually tenderloin of beef au poivre) which when you have that first taste of the sauce, you know this is the real thing that you live for. You don't see it often on menus and there's just a certain perfect sauce that you don't always find, and this was it. And a scallops dish over risotto. At a high-end restaurant, the scallops would be larger, but c'est la vie. And for desserts, chocolate mousse (came with a little ice cream also) and crepes suzette. We had an excellent wine - doesn't seem to be a wine list and hard for me with language barrier to understand the wine situation. Maybe you could also bring your own - don't know. There's a note on the bottom of the menu - may not be clear that the 3 courses above are a prix fixe price total of $32. Individually, app/entree/desserts are 8+22+6 = $36. So you could think of their entrees when ordered prix fixe as about $20. Compare to say Bon Appetit with a 5 oz filet at $28.50 or Parts of Paris which is also more expensive than this place. Should mention the rolls - came out in two rounds - first before the appetizers. Then with entrees. Both rounds a little different, but those wonderful a-little-crusty but not hard-to-bite-into French rolls. Don't know if they make them or get them from a bakery, but they were great - as good as you'll have anywhere. Reminded me of some of the rolls at Cafe Ponte (heard that Cafe Ponte might be closing permanently). They don't have a website, and with the covid thing, days and hours are probably different than you'll see on various sites on the internet, so best to call to see if they're open when you want to go. I gave them 5 stars because despite some flaws I'd like to encourage folks to try their real French cooking.
