We were seated right away. Catherine was our server and she was AWESOME! She was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond considering it was towards the end of the night. She stayed on top of our refills (which is a must!). The food was great and delicious. We will be back!

Past several times everything has been completely awful. They see you walk in and ignore you. When they finally want to confront you they seat you in an area what has the most hateful wait staff ever and they most definitely aren't in any rush to come to table. Third time walking out of establishment dissatisfied.WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND CLERMONT APPLEBEE'S TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! Horrible

Service was HORRIBLE. Server didn't greet us for OVER 15 minutes. Many employees passed by us. When I finally got someone's attention I asked speak to a manager and that took another 5 minute and we still didn't have any drinks. The manager just made excuses that it was a change of shift. It is no wonder there was no one in the place. Do yourself a favor do not ever go to Applebee's n Clermont. If I could I would give this place a ZERO

We like Applebee's but our last visit wasn't the best. I say that because the server left all the dirty dishes on the table the whole time we were there. That said, the garlic steak was yummy.
