Google says "this business" confirmed the hours "4 days ago" and yet the hours at the location are posted differently and they're closed when Google says they're open.

2nd time in a row I've gone, they were out of curly frys. Then they say they couldn't make shakes. To disappoint further, they shorted me 1 of 2 of my samwhichs. The employees are rude and act like they hate their jobs. This location is a waste of time to go to. I'd rather drive 30mins to a different location, then go here again.

This location has serious problems with its staff. The employees were obviously uncaring and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. The young lady ( training Supervisor),was trying her best to solve the problems, and clearly recognized the need for action. She was taking orders, helping preparation and cleaning the tables. If this is a multi-unit franchise, I would suggest closing for a day and bring in the best employee from other locations to show these workers how in must be done.

Poor customer at this Arby's location. I asked John P. The drive-thru cashier for a large Sprite he gave me a Coke and Sprite mix, this guy really needs to pay attention to customer's orders.

Very disappointed in the treatment I had today. I’d rather drive to Orlando next time I even think about Arby’s. Akeera the manager that took my order through the drive through not only was rude but, didn’t even enter my food correctly. Even when I made it clear I wanted extra cheese on my sandwich. I drove all the way to work on my break to find out I had no cheese. And a small fry when I asked for a LRG. They charged me for a LRG strawberry lemonade and gave me a small. The guy who handed me the food didn’t say hello or said you’re welcome when I was saying thank you. When I called to give them a heads up the messed it up and I was coming back Akeera didn’t even apologies. Mind you is the manager. She needs an attitude adjustment and the whole team. Not 1 person apologies and offered me anything to fix it. I just simply asked them to remake it because I don’t have time and need to get back to work. What happened to customer service? The fact Akeera is the manager is a shameful person to her team. No manners, rude . This whole situation tells me you do not care and do not pay attention. Will not be back and will be putting this on social media I have to stay far away from this place. Unacceptable. Do better ?

Went through drive through and waited 20 minutes for our food (just attitude no apologies from the worker) and there were no straws or a drink for the kids meal. We won't be back.

Tom and I love going to Arby's.We went there today for lunch. We ordered 2 cokes the 2 Cheddar cheese fish sandwich and it had one dot the size of a dime of cheese on it and one dot of tarter sauce. One very little piece of lettuce.we also had. 2 curly fries that were over cooked we were so disappointed. We spent a total of 20.74.
On a Friday afternoon @ 430 pm....Horrible... Careless. Employees were all on phones and had no idea I put a mobile order in. 15 minutes later I arrive and they had no clue for two orders of mozzarella sticks and 2 sliders. No other customers were present in store or at drive thru. Completely unacceptable. My 12 year old was shocked and was like Dad, they aren't even doing their jobs. While I used the latrine, he attempted to collect an order they didn't even know about.
