is this place ever actually open?? almost everytime we go, before 8pm, they’re already closed early for one reason or another… mostly because they say they’ve run out of product. if this is an ongoing issue, maybe try to prepare better, or just change the time you close if you know you’ll always be out before 8. definitely not a great business model here.

I had such a craving for pretzels. My mom went to the other counter got her order as I stood still waiting. 2 women had to take something out of the oven. Finally mom came over and said hello and they said they were busy be with us in a minute. Now, I finally spoke up and said we waited for over 5 minutes. They just looked at me...there was pretzels done in warmer. I said this is ridiculous and walked out...lost my craving...

Terrible experience they don’t know how to read order tickets they are burning food , my order was very incorrect it said two things I was given one thing and then they don’t notice that I understood what they said in Spanish poor member don’t got name tags but all of them are terrible don’t recommend not clean either don’t wash hands

Today I wanted to give another try because last time I had a burnt pretzel and bad service. But luckily today it was fantastic, the girl name Leonelaand her helper were both nice and hard working and the pretzel was done perfect, couldn't be better!

Words cannot describe how much I hate this auntie Anne's in this Walmart. Literally went there 3 times and they have told me that they aren't making any pretzels, DURING BUSINESS HOURS!! One girl was literally on the phone having a personal conversation and didn't even see the line until I spoke up. Needless to say, this place sucks!

Very dirty. The equipment are nasty. Looks like they’ve never been washed. The owners are super rude to the customers including myself. A lot of the times the servings aren’t equal. There would be times where there is too much salt or the pretzels would become hard and not enjoyable. The floors are disgusting and some of the workers don’t even speak english so it’s hard to understand what they are attempting to say. A worker at Walmart and I were having a conversation and said they don’t allow breaks to anyone. There is this one indian manger who is completely rude! He wants things his way. Giving attitude when something is not right with the order. This place was better months ago but I don’t know what happened to it. Very disappointing.

I just had a horrible experience with the Owner of Anitie Anne’s and Kristen Krunchy!He was very rude and had no customer service at all! All I can feel is he cares about Money only, “ if you don’t buy anything,don’t sit here, this is not Walmart” he said.Can you believe this happens while I was waiting on my order ?They were more details, but after all, this is not the right way to treat anybody.I m never going to shop here again and this is not recommended, no wonder the public reviews are so low!

The Indian manager guy who cooks, that is skinny disrespect my son, my husband And me. After we buy food there for $13.00, my son lost one cup of his pretzels bites on the floor because it was slippery. I ask nicely if he could replace it, then he said that I had to buy it all over again. Obviously I did not. He don’t have any customers skills. And he certainly lost 3 Clients. The food was bad anyway. The first batch was stale and the second was burned. Never again!!!!

Rude employee that shouldn't even have a job. I didn't even say anything yet I was just looking at the board and the employee turns and looks at me and literally snips at me in an abrupted tone saying that nothing is ready I am working on it basically shoeing me away. Then she goes back to the register and clearly doesn't do anything. She needs to be fired from auntie anne's the business is losing money because of this lazy rude employee. I love auntie anne's pretzels and for someone to treat a guest the way she did is just outragous.

The two people at front taking orders are very rude!!! They even argued with me about trying to sell m3 stale food. I refused and asked for fresh and the attitude began. Before me a lady returned her food because it was wrong and the girl put it I the case to resell it. Disgusting!!!! Check your employees

The Staff Was nice And the customer service was professional and fast . The food I got was quick and good . If you want a quick snack, then this place is perfect but I would not sit in. First of all the floor was not clean , second there was not a lot of places to sit down . I was lucky lol I got a seat. The food was good and hot but I probably will only grab my food to go next time . I tell everyone to just get your food to go . There is good and bad for being in a Walmart . The side of is if your hungry you can stop in after shopping to grab something to eat . The bad side is it’s so loud and nosy in that store.
