Is located in a Walmart and Walmart always has plenty of parking . They have plenty of seats and chairs for everyone . If you have to use the restroom ? you will have to use the one In Walmart that is close by . I got a soda ? and some mini pretzel ?. The soda was good buthr pretzel was not even hot . It was just warm and rubbery . I can’t really recommend this location . It was a ok dinning in experience . Service all around was disgusting, no one knew any customer service seems like they had no idea what they were doing. And no one used gloves AT ALL cooking the food, serving food, no one wore gloves. They were on the their phones and socializing touching their clothes, hair and face. (No one is in uniform) these kids seriously need to be retrained and taught responsibility. This is how people get sick !! I did not see a single person wash their hands.

Honestly I would give 0 stars if I could...I think long and hard and give multiple chances before I leave negative reviews. But this location is very disappointing. We have had negative experiences too many times and will find another Auntie Anne's to patronize. My most recent experience went like this: we ordered our 2 pretzels, were told 10 minutes, and said we would be back after our shopping (since in previous experiences 10 minutes actually meant 20 or 25 minutes later). When we came back, our pretzels had been sold to someone else....Instead of apologizing the man argued and said it was his inconvenience (not sure how when I'm the one who waited additional time because you sold something we had already paid for to someone else.... But...). No apology and nothing to make it right, he actually hid next door until we left. We were very polite in how we spoke, yet no apology. This isn't the first time we have had an issue here--A few times we've stood there and been told 10 minutes and watched them stand around and not put our pretzels in the oven. To clarify, I understand having to wait if I order my pretzel differently than the way it is normally made or order one that is not already available in the case, so waiting is NOT my issue. I also understand making mistakes, but part of good customer service is fixing them when you do. The staff here need a refresher in customer service honestly, because when you make a mistake the right thing to do is fix it, not argue and tell me my additional wait is YOUR INCONVENIENCE....Maybe this location should be less worried about stealing customers receipts and more worried about actually providing good customer service.

Don't know why it says temporary closed but it's most definitely opened, went there yesterday and I was absolutely disgusted by the cleanliness of the young lady at the cash register, after watching her touch money and everything around her she handed me my pretzel nuggets with her bare hands touching the top of the nuggets that I haft to eat!! She had no gloves on and didn't even think to put a napkin on top I also watched her make pretzels without any gloves on and I know for a fact that had to be a violation!????

My spouse and I went to this location and I asked to purchase the small cup of mini pretzels. The guy at the register told us the larger cup was a $.50 cent difference. I said that I wanted the smaller cup. Then he tells us that the smaller cup is not for sale. I was so confused as to why there were small cups on display but he was saying they were not for sale. My spouse was still going to proceed with hung the pretzel mini dogs but when we asked for a pack of mustard, he told us it would cost $1.09. At that point, we asked for the order to get cancelled. We realized that he was trying to charge us the $1.09 for the HONEY mustard dipping sauce but we asked for a packet of mustard. I am not sure what the communication barrier was but it was a disappointing experience.

I go to this AA’s once a week just to get the pepperoni pretzel! It’s ALWAYS fresh out of the oven which makes shopping for my groceries much better. Lol :) the only reason it’s not a 5 Star is because you always have to request for this kind to be made which means you have to sit and wait or just come back. The staff has always been pleasant with me as well even though they’re probably tired of seeing me. Lol :)
