I stumbled upon Blushin' Bubbles when taking my son to Sugar Mama's Candy Bar. They are located inside and are a separate establishment. They have beer, champagne wine and mimosas, which come in a variety of flavors and you can add flavor shots etc. I decided to try a mimosa flight, since I couldn't decide on just one flavor. It was reasonably priced at $18. All of them were delicious, but I have to say that the strawberry was my favorite!Cute establishment & friendly staff!

Blushin' Bubbles is inside a candy shop in downtown Clermont with the best mimosa! It's a cute fun place with awesome service! You can choose one of the monthly unique flavor combinations or pick your own. The jalapeño syrup that she makes is my favorite.
