I understand it was BOGO night for wings but i sat at the hostess stand for 5 minutes and multiple staff members walked past me and even sat other people and no one acknowledged my presence. We were eventually sat in a far corner secluded from the main tables. I only saw my server one time the whole time i was eating. Nothing like spicy wings with a no refill on your $4 drink. Either this place needs to be staffed more or they need to start turning away service. $50 for a meal where i got one drink and saw my server once is ridiculous. I only just got a refill now after the server saw me typing a review. Definitely not coming back here anytime soon.

It’s become a weekly thing for us to come on Thursdays and Erica is always our server. I have never had a better server in any restaurant I’ve ever been to than her. She’s always so happy from the moment we walk in the door, she greets us so kindly and promptly, my kids absolutely love her and she’s like that for the entire time we’re there. A huge thank you to her for everything she does.

I always like buffalo wings, they're a go to for me when I'm traveling.This one the service wasn't very good, not attentive and there wasn't many customers at all to justify lack of service or attentiveness.Wings were very solid.
Love my server, Patti, was on top of her game. Talking to her we find out lots of wonderful things. Sadly, her last day is this Friday as she's having surgery next Tuesday. We wish her lots of luck and a speedy recovery.

This place tanked in a big way. We used to order out regularly, but their wing preparation has gotten steadily worse over the past couple of years to the point that we can't tolerate the lack of quality or substance at such a tremendous cost. The meat in the wings is revolting, and the batter has been rock hard on a multitude of occasions. Sauce and rubs have frequently been too much or too little to mask the bad flavors. To top it all off, the reception desk is almost completely unmanned. I've had my orders stolen from the to-go rack more than once. I've had to stand around waiting or flag down scrambling employees several times. Heck, I had to get into the habit of calling the place from my cell just to get somebody to appear from the back room to answer the phone. Enough is enough. I won't be returning here again.I already filled out a complaint with the FAQ page. Good luck with this place. I hope you guys can turn it around.

We ordered two 10 piece wings, mozzarella sticks and potato wedges through Uber eats. The delivery went as expected but the quality of the wings was bad enough that we had to throw them away. The Parmesan garlic was in no way “mild” it was spicy and the lemon pepper was so salty it wasn’t even palatable. Weve ordered the same flavors before without an issue…this specific order was the problem. We spent $40 for food we had to throw away. Worst part of it is we talked to the manager on duty (Sam) we ordered from (store on 2465 S Highway 27, Florida) and she was dismissive. Said the sauces have always been the same and had no intent to actually listen. She was defensive and just talked over me. I’ve been eating BWW for 20 years and never thrown it away because of the flavor…and never felt the need to complain.I tried to review quality through Uber eats and they told me to contact the store, called the store and got attitude, went on BWW website and was told to contact Uber eats. Waste of time and money.

So this buffalos had me annoyed when me and my family came in around 10:30 pm to get food after a long day on the road, we waited to be seated no one comes to the front for about 10 minutes when they see us waiting. We finally get someone to come to us and she ask us how many? We say 6 and then she said okay I’ll be right back, 10 minutes later after she talked to a whole group of employees, she come back and says okay follow me, she sat us and we see a whole bunch of employees on the clock joking around on their phones. Buffalos don’t care about their customers. It wasn’t even busy and it took about almost 30 minutes for the food to come out. Fries were cold we had to ask to keep getting refills.

Food was ok service was awful, place was not busy, waitress was nice however she never came to check on us after bringing the food. We started with a appetizers sampler and told her we would order some burgers after that if the appetizers weren't enough food. She never checked on us, we finished eating, were out of drinks and we never got to order our burgers.
