UPDATE: after stopping by the leasing office to explain I won’t be renewing my lease they kept asking why, I mentioned the maintenance issues and they advised to move one of their other properties because “our maintenance team at the glen is great”.I would not advise anyone to move here unless they make a serious change on the way they operate. You might have to live with an air conditioner that constantly leaks therefore it smells like mildew and rust, maintenance constantly dismissed these issues even after bringing these up to ridgepointe manager: BrendaOur tub is so hard to clean due to the material peeling off as it is so old, multiple times I have requested for it to be resurface with no answer. They have always told me they will follow up with me for a resurface. The tub keeps rusting and they don’t even care for their own property being damaged.Ricardo the supervisor for maintenance advised that he would do a coil cleaning on my A/C which is more than overdue. He never followed up as wellI also had an issue where my neighbors smoke would get into my apartment from the bathroom exhaust, everyday I woke up to a stinky apartment. Maintenance said they would take care of it and they SEALED my exhaust fan in the bathroom which created an humidity issue after. I realized when I took a look at the exhaust weeks after and it had a plastic bag sealing it.However if you end up living here I hope you have the pleasure to meet Scott from the leasing office, Hector and Fira from maintenance. These three are extremely kind and sure will go above and beyond to make your life a little easier while dealing with these issues.

This just seems honestly rude, I’m just tryna find a place to live as 19 year old out of high school and this place instead of saying no just send me to Jerry voice mail

make sure you get the name of who you speak to in service department when reporting issues. there is a lot of miscommunication & misunderstanding when it comes to finding the solution. too many times this is happening now i have to deal with cockroaches all over the dam place bc they only service 1x weekly & pest control never came to my unit bc somehow the order was not on file as being reported. Brenda in management is also not good & is always unavailable & never follows up on any issues/ complaints.

THINK HARD BEFORE MOVING HERE!This place has gone down in quality horrendously in the last year. Air conditioners too small and/or old to be able to cool the units. Pest infestations of some buildings that go unaddressed by management. Stucco falling of the buildings. Water seeping into the units during storms, soaking the carpets and creating mold issues. People breaking into vehicles. I could go on and on. Now more recently property managers come and go in no time. The one that remains will smile at you when you first move in, but has a careless attitude when the issues are brought to her attention. Very unprofessional and callous. So sad to see these become the local slums.

I have been living in Cagan Orchard for close to 3 years during the years my Air conditioning has gone out about 5 times.Each time it has taken them days to fix and when they say they fixed it it shuts off again.The last time in July I woke up to a puddle of water on the floor they left me without AC for 3 days I have had enough I am ready to move out

This is the absolute worst place I've lived.The property managers don't do a single thing to fix any problem and it takes over a week to get a hold of them. Maintenance never comes by to fix anything and if they do show up they show up at 6 and ask if they can come tomorrow and never return to fix the issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone move in here. Maintenance has left water spots on our walls which caused water damaged and the one time they came to fix a flood issue, they dried the carpets and left. They never came to check for mold as they stated they would.As an update. Maintenance also likes to come into your apartment without your notice and they tend to leave your door unlocked.

People do not mind their buisness, kids are dumber than ever because of their parents, cars are excessivly loud, maintenance people are clowns, the whole management team is terrible. There's never parking, Hit and runs all the time, all the contractors are cheap and terribly managed. I wanna fight everyone in this neighborhood if y'all still with the BS.

The office staff could care less about the residents, the apartments are roach infested, the AC units do not work and now every night cars are being keyed with happy faces.I can’t stress this enough, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!The price is the cheapest in the area because it’s the worst complex in the area.May the odds be ever in your favor if you chose to move here.***Cagan has pest control that they offer but the roach infestation is so out of control the buildings need to be condemned and treated. The pest service does the bare minimum and seems to just upset the roaches.Not picking up trash at the buildings for over a week is also not helping.

1 star for cheapest in area. Not good. Their policy of forcing renter's insurance or a monthly fine is confusing and poorly communicated. Apparently, even if you miss paying your renter's insurance by one day, their third party monitoring company drops you and then they hit with fees the next month.

I've lived here since November of 2015. The building I live in is infested with cockroaches. It's impossible to get rid of them. Calling the exterminator does nothing. Any maintenance that needs to be done either takes multiple calls for it to be completed or the maintenance that is received is only a bandaid on the problem. I have been told my apartment was getting updated before the pandemic, that NEVER happened. I was told I was receiving a new air conditioner years ago, that NEVER happened either. My air conditioner continues leaking with no permanent fix. My rent is increasing $175 dollars a month and I was told there are no improvements going to be made to justify the increase. Cagan Crossings would like me to move out so they can charge someone else for a mediocre apartment. DON'T move here!

By far the worst apartments in the area, only reason it got a one star is because it’s the cheapest in the area. Mold in apartments. AC units break constantly. Don’t even bother here. It’s gone down hill the last 2 years and more and more cops here every night for some type of criminal intent and not safe to walk around at nighttime at all.
