Food was delicious and the young girl named Hanna behind the register was a delight

My wife and I were excited to try this new place out. We went there for lunch today and walked up to the counter to order. There were no other customers in the store and four employees. We stood at the front counter for five minutes while two separate employees walked past us without even acknowledging we were there. We were never greeted and no one would come to the counter to take our order. We thought maybe there was a kiosk we order from since the employees all looked at us multiple times but did not speak to us. So we looked around but did see one. So after all that time of no one greeting us or taking our order, we ended up just walking out. Horrible experience here. I couldn't believe the employees working all pretended as if we were not there and waited for us to leave. Even as we left no one said anything. This was at 4 pm on a Wednesday.

I wanted to like this place. The people working were friendly but the food was borderline inedible. I got the steak quesadillas which were swimming in a pool of grease. No flavor except for hot grease. My mom got tacos and she said there was a weird taste to hers, but the queso was good. They were nice enough to refund me on the quesadillas but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

First time visiting so didn't know what to expect. The place was empty when we entered other than staff so there was no wait to order. Place was clean and well lit. Menu had the largest selection I've seen in a taco place or any small franchise eatery. Food tasted better than I thought it would. Portions were good sized. Burrito was large. Yes I will be back! This is actually one of the better taco places I've ever been to.

The food was good. Queso bites were delicious as well as quesadillas and bowls. Will return.

Food and service are good overall. I like the cheesesteak tacos and that they offer corn tortillas. Great place for kids since they have a children's table with coloring books, chalk and a huge chalkboard wall.

Food good but portion (especially for the money) not good. Food takes FOREVER! Only two customers in for linch on a Friday. Food takes about 15-20 mins. FOR TACOS!!! Need to simplify the menu. Customer service was not the best. Crew was clueless and different every time. I don't think they will last in Clermont.

Husband picked up two beef taco salads last night. We live 9 minutes away and by the time he got home the lettuce was very soggy and had LOTS of stems in it. The salad consisted of ground beef and soggy lettuce….no cheese, salsa or sour cream. My husband removed all the lettuce and ate just the meat. I picked out a large pile of stems and ate about half of my salad. Big mistake! I started getting sick two hours after eating and all night and today I had all the symptoms of food poisoning.
