Ladies night out in Clermont Fl., and we had great food, and awesome service! Kelsey was our server. We could see how busy she was but was there when we needed her and rapidly returned with our requests, food, drinks, or desserts. She was a sweet person. The outside dining area could have been cleaner.

Amy and her assistant were great! They kept our drinks refilled, brought extra bread and we had exceptional service! The food was outstanding (as usual) and the portion sizes were generous. We had the Spedino De Mare and the Fettuccini Shrimp and Scallops with Vodka sauce. The best part was the $10 take away (we took another Spedino and a Pasta Weesie to go). Would gladly return to this Carrabba's in particular and request Amy's section again!

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Carrabba's in Clermont. Hadn't dined at Carrabba's anywhere for quite a while but had a great reminder of just how great it is! Had IMPECCABLE service from Lincoln who was our server making a fabulous difference to a fantastic dining experience. I have been celebrating my 67th birthday over the past week and thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary dessert of choice along with the staff singing 'Happy Birthday' in Italian adding to the specialness of an already great dinner out experience! Our experience at Carrabba's was elevated to new heights thanks to our wonderful host, Kevin! His warm greeting, attention to detail, and impeccable service truly made our dining experience memorable, especially for what he did for my daughter! She wouldn’t stop crying and Kevin came to the rescue with crayons-without me even having to ask! He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the meal. We'll definitely be returning, all thanks to Kevin!
So I gave a 1 star rating based solely on the service we received from Brenda. When we areived, she has a 2 top and a 4 top and us.When we got to the restaurant it was about medium.on busy. I'm not sure why Carrabbas doesn't have the server assigned to our table bring our drinks, but on 2 different occasions we did not get refills when we ordered them. We asked for a few extra inches to decide what we wanted to eat. It took her over 20 minutes to retuen.to take the order. Again, someone else brought our food, and when Brenda returned we asked for refills. We finished our entire meal and no refills. It wasn't until I got up and headed to the bar to get our own refills Brenda decided to get us drinks. Again, it was NOT busy and neither was she. The topper for the evening is when I gave a tip based on her lack of performance, she actually followed us out the door to plead her case. Standing in the doorway blocking other guest that were trying to leave, pleading why she was not at fault for her lousy service. This lady was extremely unfriendly.and unprofessional. On an average night, it took more than 2 hours for our dining expierence. We will be back but it won't be in her section.

We waited over 2 hours to get our food and then we took it home. The bartender told us they had problems in the kitchen and they didn't know what they were. But the whole place cleared out. The friers were broken so we couldn't even order calamari, We had a salad and a soup.. We hadn't been to this caravas for a year or so, and we're very disappointed last night. The poor young bar tenders didn't know what to do. They were too very excellent bartenders, but I'm sure that it could have been taken care of a little different if there was a manager on duty.

They were delightful to work with the entire process! Other local Italian restaurants were not willing to offer group pricing aside from their dine-in menu prices, so we were so incredibly thankful for Carrabba's willingness to work with us within our limited budget. On the day of the event, there was a misunderstanding with the kitchen staff regarding timing, but let me tell you why Carrabba's has earned my business for life despite this mishap... Mistakes happen because human beings may unintentionally make an error. What sets this restaurant and the managerial staff apart is the extraordinary customer service we received throughout both the planning of our lunch and the communication after. Not only did they apologize profusely for the issue, but they worked incredibly hard to make it right. Our team was thoroughly impressed by their response!The portions were generous in every way! The Chicken Alfredo was delicious and enjoyed by all. The Caesar salad was perfectly prepared! The bread and dipping sauces were far beyond what we expected as well. We worked with Nanette, and she went far above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Her communication was spectacular. We have nothing but great things to say about Nanette and her team!Our entire leadership has already visited Carrabba's again simply to patronize a place that has well-earned our business.
