Took 30 mins to put pizza in oven when the order was supposed to be ready went in for pick up and was told another 20 mins before ready. Waited a extra 10 on top of that and saw it still is in the oven yet. Bunch of kids with no directions on how to manage the store. Had a bad experience before but willing to give them one more chance but this is the last order from my house. Could have gone into Publix and bought frozen and took home and cooked faster than this order today.

I got wings and I had never gotten wings at dominos before, the amount of sauce was terrible. The people were great and the pizza I got was good. But when I called to ask why the wings were so rubbery and had barley any flavor, they said that I got mild which meant less sauce, not the temp of the sauce. I was very disappointed and will not ever order wings here again.

We ordered a pizza for delivery this Saturday night through the app. I understand that Saturday nights are busy. But after an hour, we called because the app still showed our pizza was being prepared. We were told it was in the oven and should be delivered in 15-20 min, no problem. Almost an hour later, a cold pizza that was not what we ordered was delivered. We ordered a pizza that had meat, no olives and extra cheese, and got a veggie with olives! When we called back and told them we were told they would deliver our correct pizza. It's now been another 2 hours and no pizza. So PB&J for the win, I suppose. Im pretty easy going and understanding when we order food especially on weekends but 4 hours and still not the correct order and not even and apology or anything, just sort of rude, and "fine we will send another one" and hung up on. I'm definitely ordering Hungry Howies from now on.

Your app sucks for delivery, your computer app is horrible. Put someone at the other end of phone and take our calls and deliver the pizza. This was a horrible ?

Officially zero stars. After hitting a dead end on the Domino’s app since they were having trouble according to the app, I called this location. Someone from the Philippines that did not speak. Speak, English answered. He could not understand my credit card number. According to him, it was about a 30 minute wait for the pizzas but he could not understand English numbers. he transferred me to the store after 25. Frustrating minutes the store then told me it was over an hour to deliver the pizzas. I went ahead and canceled my order. Domino’s is becoming a joke at this point and can’t actually get any pizzas to anyone.

Store has decided to institute a 15$ delivery minimum. Still charging 5$ delivery fees no matter what, so now they’re just being greedy.

Awful. Took way too long to get here and by the time it did we wish it had never arrived. It tasted as though the toppings weren’t being refrigerated and that the pizzas just sat out after being cooked. We felt?and had to throw it away. The crust wasn’t even any good. Never again!
