Ordered from Uber eats, half of the order was missing. Tried calling the number for the store listed on their website multiple times and no one answers. We called numerous times between 1:30 to 5:30 so I can’t imagine they are too busy to answer the phone. Unable to get in contact with anyone at the highway 27 locations in Clermont. The croissant is burnt and the hash browns are undercooked, and we are missing half of the order.

If i could give this place zero stars i would ive been waiting thirty minutes after i ordered and i haven’t gotten my order yet. They are screaming and mad because they are by themselves and have no help. One guy is throwing customers bags. They have someone new who has so much patience with the other employee new employeee doesnt know so much this is very frustrating its supposed to be fast food not 40 minutes for food. Dont come.

if you order drinks here, please be detailed about it, instead of just being like "everytime I order here it the drink has a dif taste every time" for example "I want a ice French vanilla, with cream and sugar, with the cream can you put 2 or 3 pumps, as for the sugar put 3 pumps of that as well, and that's all". it's not whats wrong with them, and sometimes with the food being cold, you can always check the food before leaving the dunkin, cause if its cold they and always heat it more. you need to remember that they're humans as all of us are as well, your not the one behind the counter dealing with multiple orders. the people here are nice, I'm local to this Dunkin. and I know it more than yall do. let's keep it real. and not cry about service here when y'all don't give details good enough.

I had a free donut available with my coffee purchase through the mobile order and when I got to the window, I was told I’d have to drive back around to receive my donut. I tried showing the cashier the app on my phone and both the cashier AND manager closed the window in my face. Will never go back here.

THE WORST Dunkin Donuts !!!!! By far !!!! Horrible horrible horrible. The food was burnt (bagel bites burnt)!!!!!!!!! The costumer service sucks !!! They also ran out of everything!!! The food quality is different every time you come ! I don’t know where the owner is but wow ! They definitely need to check was happening in that store !! I would love to give them 0 starts !

They take long for the drive thru orders, every time I stop here it takes at least 20 minutes which is ridiculous for a drive thru. Drinks are inconsistent and always taste different.
