The Brazilian guy ignored me 3 times. I said hello and he ignored me. He was finishing up an order and still ignored me and said it will take 15 minutes for us to place the order… just to PLACE the order. He was very rude and didn’t care. We obviously don’t mind waiting for the order, but 15 minutes just to place an order plus he ignored me 3 times and never greeted us. We left and he didn’t care, kept doing hand gestures to us and shrugged his shoulders.

Zero is not an option. Business hours are 8p. We order food online at 7:15-7:20p paid online. Showed up at 7:30p to pick up our food and they were closed. No one is answering the phone with the number provided. We obviously did not receive our food and we are out $50. With no care from the business. Highly recommend you avoid this place

I was looking for Puerto Rican food in the area and found this one. I am Puerto Rican myself. I started to talk to the server, and I noticed he had a different accent. I asked him where he was from the first time, but he didn’t respond, so I thought he didn’t hear me. I asked again the second time, and he asked why I care with a nasty attitude.I believe in supporting mom-and-pop restaurants. I was going to buy food for my family. I want everybody to know that this guy is not a Puerto Rican. Puerto Ricans are friendly and family-oriented people. We like it when people eat our food and love it. He is a disgrace to Caribbean food and culture. If you have the time to read this, please don’t waste your time there. I’m pretty sure the food is good, but to eat in a place, you need to have a good service.

Awful. Bad service, they don't give you what you ask for and if you complain... they treat you badly and they even hang up on you. I don't know who the owner is but they should take action or I don't think I'll give it much time there...horrible...I'd give it -100

We stopped to eat here after landing at MCO from Chicago. The food was delicious, so I called back a couple days later to order approx. 12-15 tripletas for my daughter's softball team (Spring Games Tournament). When I called, I asked for a guesstimate of their tripleta's size (was it 5inches, 7inches., or bigger). I explained that I was trying to figure out how many to buy since we wanted them cut into 2 or 3 pieces, so the girls could snack on them in between games. But the guy wouldn't bother to answer the question and flat out refused to even guess how big the tripletas were. He instead was rude, saying, "just order", and then hanging up. So I placed my $200 order elsewhere. Customer service goes a long way and I was very disappointed with this outcome.
This is not even half of what it was 1 year ago, I came often and stopped after a while and the service is reluctant, they do not have the product for what you are asking for, the flavor has nothing to do with the bread before. I change the portion I change anyway I don't recommend it

Placed on line order. Attendant could not be bothered he was on his phone. Automatically told me there are no orders. Tried showing him my confirmation email and he wanted nothing to do with trying to solve the problem. Had online service call buisness to cancel my order and no one answered phone. Based off all the other reviews this place should be shut down. Bad buisness.

Very disappointed, the employee treated me badly, there is a way to say things and he finally told me rude why I didn't enter the card correctly and told me with an unpleasant tone and attitude that I have to see well, it seems that he didn't want to work there as bitter as if They were forcing him and it bothered me to go to the car to the family because there was no ham so they could ask for something else. I was so exhausted that I called my husband to look for the food. The food and the potatoes were missing. It seems that I took them out earlier. of time they still tasted like frozen, it was an oil bath and I took them out quickly, the pernil looked like another meat, it didn't taste like pernil, the skewers were hard and spicy and I didn't ask for them with pique, anyway, it's the last and only time I go, no I recommend it to anyone.

Called to place an order, was directed to voicemail where the lady says to place an online order through the website. Website order made. Husband arrived to the location to pick up the food, truck closed. Business hours on Google is incorrect (this is not the first time we try to order something and it says it open and when we get there is closed). Should not be in business if they cannot follow their own business hours. Waiting for my order refund.

Horrible customer service! Didn't even try the food. The gentleman taking the orders did not aknowledge me for 10 minutes. I rung the bell to get his attention and all he said was "one moment" and kept doing his thing. Horrible experience.
