This is our second visit to Hurricane Grill.**The Good: Great food, and Kris Shepphard the magician at our table.The food is very good and appears to all be made fresh to order. We particularly enjoyed Kris Shepphard, a local magician, who has a fund and engaging personality and performed a personalized set of magi tricks right at your table. A highlight of the evening.** The not so good: The service is subpar. Servers are pleasent, but after delivering your meal, hide in the kitchen leaving you wondering if you will ever get your drink refilled. And when it comes time to pay, they are equally missing in action. If the GM is reading this, you have great food, and a fun atmosphere, but you need to get your servers to be attentive or people won't come back for the food and the magic.

Going down hill fast...manager is afraid to come out of the kichen. Roof leakes all over outside bar no smoking at patio beacuse the air curtains dont work but easily fixed.even during tropical storm we have to stand in the rain...I used to love this place. ....no more

We are visiting from out of town and stopped by while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Since it’s Saturday night they had Kris Sheppard magic. He came to our table and kept us entertained with some good magic! I was pretty intrigued as an adult ? Food was excellent!!

If you like way overpriced food and big fatty chicken wings that aren’t fried and crispy the way it should be then this place is for you!Spent 100$ on two kids meals and a total of 25 terrible wings. We did order nachos to share which was the best part of everyone’s meal but no way should this meal have cost us 100$ with no beer or any other fun drinks.It’s bad when the chicken wings are better at SeaWorld then a establishment with the name “wings “ in its name!

I really enjoyed the food here but the service was not taking their job seriously at all. Our server took 45 minutes to get us our check after we had finished eating already. The server for the table next to us literally sat at the table with his guests and just gossiped the whole time about inappropriate subject matter. It seemed really unprofessional and I'm really disappointed because I was excited to find a Hurricane near me. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Ordered pickup..order was correct and food was delish! My sons really enjoyed their food…gave me props for picking the place.
Started off waiting 5 minutes to get seated (no big deal).Got seated, server came rather quickly. Ordered a house margarita, the WORST margarita I’ve had. Watered down, it was horrible.Ordered a pretzel appetizer, was told we are out of pretzels until the next truck, that’s fine we got cheese sticks.To top it off we got wings, just to be told there is no ranch.I mean just close up, open again tomorrow and try again.

Do yourself a favor and get anything with the firecracker sauce or garlic parm. You will not be disappointed. Server was attentive and took great care of us. Food was good. Got it in a timely manner. We will be back.
