Went to KFC last night 01/10/24 at about 630 pm. 590 East South Highway 50 in CLERMONT One gentleman ahead of my wife and I . The gentleman had already placed his order so we were next . They bring his order the employee looks at my wife and I and walks away, saying nothing, we stand there from a few more minutes thinking he’s doing something work related… nope standing there engaged in a conversation with the two other employees… now 10 minutes have passed since we entered the store, I ask “ is anybody work the counter “ All three just stair at us , then continue with there conversation. Not one of them made any indication they wanted my business. After seeing no customer service from these losers my wife and I left. Beware of the place seems if your not a person of color , these loses really don’t want to serve you. Funny thing I have been to this KFC a few times .. the Manager who is a person of color is a true gentleman, very friendly and helpful… maybe it like the old expression “ when the cats away the rats will play…. sorry but you Lost My Business

Nice store, very clean. Staff is also very fast and efficient. HOWEVER... The food itself was too much oily. The cole slaw sauce was way too sweet, as if you'd dumped tons of sugar in it. We eat at KFC once in a couple of years, and we were reminded why today.

I stopped by with my family after a long trip,and this was the cleanest restaurant I have seen,the bathrooms were very clean and tables,the employees were very friendly and professional.Food was good and well prepared.

It was a nice gentle man name tahjhier and Antoine that were jus absolutely sweet and nice they took their time with me and even greeted me in and out they even got me fresh fries because I didn’t want saltttt even offered to take the food to my car I jus absolutely appreciated these kfc guys and wouldn’t know what I’ll do without
One star was even higher than deserved! Had to wait "9 minutes for biscuits," then had an additional 3 minutes for nuggets. In all actuality was over 25 min. The other half of order chicken was unfit to eat being cold.When music was on, it was very loud and obscene, and an employee also had a mouth on them.I'm highly disappointed!!! Need a responsible adult in the evenings to manage kids.

I guess they discontinue D senior citizens discount and it was not very nice the way we were told. Also, there was people eating and playing and the music was so awful. Plus they said oh we’re not changing it oil until tomorrow am I chicken was brown not light brown but like dark brown. I love Kentucky fried chicken but I don’t like this one. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back.
