I had to change my 5 stars review to a 2 star. First of I had always had a decent experience when it’s earlier in the day. Today Saturday I stopped by at 7 pm and they tell me the “drive through system isn’t working come inside” , I go inside there’s no one taking orders .. they are all in the back on their phones , you have to use the computer and order and cash yourself out , the guy eventually hands me my food and does not give me my drink , I ask for a cup the girl handles it to me while looking annoyed. The food was bad and cold ?? sad that these employes are the cause of a business failing to provide a good service.

Made an order via the app for a chicken bucket and bowl with dipping sauces. I went through the drive thru and they handed it to me promptly. Order was correct and tasty. Drive thru was fast. Worst part was just the traffic getting in and out of the area which is always bad it seems.

The restaurant was very dirty, tables with garbage and drink area covered in spilled liquids. Workers were unfriendly when asked for something simple like silverware. Of the 5 employees working, we could see, 3 were texting, 1 was cooking, and 1 was bagging food for the drive-through. After a long wait for our food it was also cold and very dry. We definitely won't be going back.

This was probably the worst experience iv had at a fast food service was super slow cold when we got it half the employees were texting on there phones with pods in there ear place was Disgusting food drinks mess everywhere don't even want to start with the bathrooms will avoid that place .

I rarely eat here. Not because I don't like KFC but seemingly every time I come here especially at evening time they like to tell me that they're out of side dishes or there's no fried chicken with a good hour plus left at least in their business. So I suggest skipping over this and going to a different fried Chicken shack nearby.

Do not recommend this location. Both the parking lot and inside was empty. Doors were lock but they didn't close until hours later. The cashier's demeanor wasn't very well. Even though it was empty, we still waited 20+ mins for our food just for half of it to be missing. The food was barely warm and was not worth the wait and definitely not the money.

I went to get dinner for my family and when I got to the window the cashier name ash charged me then told me to pull up at the door that the food will be right out. I waited 20 min at the door, then I pulled back up to the window and I see the manager on her phone not once she acknowledged me. She finally came to the window 5 min later with the food. The Food was cold I try getting the managers attention and she ignored me. Ash finally came to the window. I explained to her the food was cold so she took the food and threw it in the fryer then brought it back to me and closed the window. The Food was greasy. I try calling ash back by honking, nothing. I knocked on the window several times while the manager was there. The manager walked away. I went inside and I called the manager she hid behind the line as I watched her hide. I called her once again. She finally came around. I told her I wanted to return the food because of the condition of it. She laughed at me. I asked her for her name and she gave me the other cashier's name. Not once I received an apology or anything. She laughed at me the entire time. I waited over 40 minutes for nothing. That is very unprofessional. This is a horrible place. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. She should not manage any establishment.
