Excellent service and authentic Jamaican. We decided to try Ocho Rios out before catching a movie and were impressed by every part of this restaurant. The jerk shrimp and plantains are some of the best I've had.

The restaurant was clean and the service was mid. The food did not meet my expectations. I ordered and paid for a side of mac n cheese and was later told that they were out and substituted it with ziti pasta with some marinara sauce/cheese . Additionally I asked if they could make my cabbage without veg melody and they did however, it had a curry color to it. Not sure why it looked like curry cabbage, but it did not taste good according to my wife!! I ordered the oxtail plate and it was dry, no gravy pon de rice and the oxtail lacked flavor!!!!! I also ordered plantain and it was mushy and greasy tasting. I'm disappointed because my expectations were not met, money spent, and time wasted!!!!!!!!

Was craving Oxtails with Rice and Peas for about 1 month now. Couldn’t find any oxtails to buy to make it myself. Searched online and saw this restaurant about 15 minutes away from me. Hopped in the car praying it was what I wanted and when I tell you the place is so clean, staff is amazing and THE FOOD!!! Omg did not disappoint at all! The portions are huge and the taste is absolutely delicious with extra gravy (if you’re from the West Indies you know what I mean). This will definitely be a go to place. Thank you to the staff for providing quality food.

Are all these reviews fake or what?! Food was disgusting, cold rice, unseasoned and watery chicken, my stomach now hurts.
Decided to stumble upon this for breakfast. Instead we got lunch. Jerk chicken with ox tale gravy. Then beans, rice and peas.. Ummm, it was great!! A little kick, but palatable!! Have to check it out...

Today was our first experience with Jamaican food, and we will definitely be back. David, the owner, was super friendly as he explained Jamaican cuisine to us and made suggestions about what to try. Our brown chicken stew had amazing flavor as did everything else. This neat, clean restaurant left us smiling and planning what we will try next time.
