This was my second visit to the Cat Cafe and it’s always such a lovely experience. The staff is always informative and super friendly, the cafe always has the most delicious treats and the coffee is great! It’s one of my Son and I’s favorite ways to spend a day together playing with all the adorable cats (young and old)

By the way, I'm not claiming it is deceptive, I was expecting a casual 15-minute stop by for some good coffee where i could pet some cats (yes, I love them too!).... I was just not expecting having to book in advance a full hour and have to pay extra... Just call it the "Cagan Crossing Cafe" with a cat business next door...What is the difference between deception and deceptive?First, in order to lie, one must make a false statement. Deception does not require that one make a false statement or make any statement at all. True statements can be deceptive and some forms of deception do not involve making statements.Friendly staff, coffee is okay. The "cat" café is the real deception. You have to pay an admission to go inside, and the café claims is a separated business (even though is called cat café, and you enter by the same front door). You can't simply get your coffee and enjoy it with the cats, you will have to reserve a time slot by the full hour, and pay for it.

The cat part of the cat cafe sucks. The idea is great, all the cats are up for adoption, but the lady at the cat room is arrogant AND you need to pay for an hour to be with the cats.

This is such a cute place and it was great going there. It was pretty busy and the two baristas did an excellent job with time management going between the register and helping out the other with drinks in between. Very efficient. The coffee there is great, I really enjoyed the flavor and the pastries are so good! The cats of course are adorable and the volunteers are very professional and kind and they make sure to take care of kitties and if little kids go to crazy they are very good and polite about it. Very impressed with the cafe.

READ THIS BEFORE GOING!!! If you're wanting to go to the Orlando Cat Cafe I highly recommend getting reservations. You can do it online and then you pay at the coffee shop attached to the cat cafe. It's called Minch Coffee. Stand in line like you're ordering coffee and you check in there and pay there. There is no pressure to order coffee or other food or drinks. You can though and you can bring those into the cat cafe. If you're bringing children read the rules carefully so kids know what to expect. You must sanitize your hands before you go in and when you leave. And you cannot pick up the cats. But if you're sitting and one gets in you lap that's fine! We had fun!! We didn't adopt a kitty but we found three we wanted. They won't work because we have a kitten and they weren't compatible with the high kitten energy our kitten has. An hour was plenty of time for us to hang out with the kitties. We went at Noon and they were all tired and napping. So keep that in mind. It was still great to visit with them. And all the kitties are up for adoption. ??‍⬛

Very nice experience, I like that the cafe is separate to the car area, you can still get your order in the car area and they will bring it to you which is nice, they have a lot of cats and they are all up for adoption, would definitely recommend if you like

There are cats. This is enough for a five star review. There were a whole bunch of new kittens who were sweet angel baby cats. The coffee and Italian soda was delicious, but again, you go here for cats. We spent an hour with the sweet babies, and I got to kiss and play with so many kitties.Kid-friendliness: Our daughter (4yo) had a wonderful time interacting with the cats, petting, playing, and telling them they were beautiful.
