Everything was good, but the price it was $32 for a large soup and a bowl of soup. I understand things cost a lot more nowadays But really $32 the large soup was $22 . I don't even think there was $22 worth of ingredients.

We have been to numerous Paneras over the years and have never had a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with this texture before. I don't know if we were more disappointed in the soup or the response and character of the male manager.As you can see in the photo with the white bowl, our soup was thick and grainy and contained chunks of what appeared to be the thickening agent used for the soup (those chunks are "not" bits of broccoli). The other photo, with the large pieces of broccoli and the smoother base, is what is posted on the Panera website.When I called the manager, he offered us a fraction of what we paid for our three soups in the form of a gift card and said that no one else had complained about the soup and he knew of no quality issues. He also offered to replace the soups but told me that he could not guarantee that they would be any different were I to drive back.Very poor customer service and very poor quality compared to all of the other Paneras we have been to in our lifetime.

I love the sip club membership because of such a amazing value for money. My only feedback is I wish the unsweetened iced tea was better quality. Every time I try it thinking that maybe it was just a bad batch the one day I am reminded that it’s bad every day and has funky taste to it.
