A couple of weeks ago I posted about a delivery driver parking in fire lane. Well he has moved to parking in a disabled parking spot. No handicap plates or placard. This young man is just pure lazy.

Walked In said I had a pickup gave me my delicious cheesey bread and garlic sauce and I left and enjoyed ?
Used to deliver to our address but no longer do. Called said it was coming and then they cancelled it. Never did call us and waited hours.

Received my order after an hour. It was cold! Called to speak to the manager to complain, and I was put on hold for 15 min. When I was finally able to speak to the manager, he made an excuse, stating that the website stated that deliveries would be an hour late. I told him that regardless of the long wait time, the order should not have been cold when received. Also, since there was a tracker for the order, I knew that the delivery guy was lost, but instead of owning up to it, the manager made excuses and was rude. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would!

Ordered delivery tonight and it took over an hour to get a call from the driver. We decided to go pick up our order and once we got the there driver walked in behind us with the pizza. They then gave us our order instead of remaking it. The pizza was cold. Bad business.
