This is our local Papa John’s for the past 7 years, and we give them a shot once or twice a year—until now. They ALWAYS get our orders wrong, and we don’t even ask for any crazy alterations. Bread items are always burnt, pizza is always heavily sauced despite asking for light sauce EVERY time, and I always have to recut the pizza. Customer service is always an “IDGAF” attitude no matter who I speak to, and the staff are outright rude to all the customers coming in.I think the crew at this location need to consider career changes if they hate making pizza so much.

They have no customer service skills. I work at Publix next door and we order many times from them, but they act like they don't care. One worker said to me come back in 10 mins to place an order, I'm busy making a pie. I told him no let me order now and I'll be back in 30 mins. I think Publix will start dealing with a different pizza place.

It just appalls me that there is one delivery driver that insists on parking in the fire lane. Plenty of parking and he is not disabled

So one of your MORONIC drivers decided that since the left turn lane out of your plaza wasn't going fast enough for them that they would create a brand new turn lane and nearly hit me while I was driving like a normal person. Pretty effing iditioic to drive like a d-bag while representing where you work. So, maybe someone should have a little chat with the drivers

Everybody experiences different but Papa John's is definitely no longer what it used to be One minute the piece is over soggy the next minute is cooked too much this is a general overall

i came in and they were blasting really loud rock music, joking around laughing, and they took forever to attend to me. it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. Don’t come to this place. It sucks :/

Ordered a grilled chicken Alfredo and it was made with red sauce and not Alfredo sauce. I waited for another pizzas to be made and it came out a little overdone and missing garlic sauce. The customer experience at this store continues to decline which is sad because they use to be a great store to order from. A little customer recovery would have been nice but doesn’t seem to be a priority here.

I ordered a 3 pizzas on October 25, 2023. With NO PORK(due to religious purposes) Which unfortunately they had pepperoni on it when it was delivered so we called and they kindly gave us another pizza. I fully understand mistakes do happen so we tried again today November 22, 2023. Again there was pork again this time, ham. After calling them, and them making us another pizza , I went to take a bite from another pizza that was delivered, to discover a piece of hair that you can clearly see was cooked into the pizza, Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!!!!! Just for the manager to be very rude about wanting a refund, and being hang up on.
