After my recent trip to Italy, the first restaurant that caught my eye was @pinsafire Roman Style Pizza. We ordered the Vegetarian Pizza and it was sooo scrumptious. The crust is so crispy that it crunches and the cheese is so nice and melty when it comes straight out of the authentic fire baking oven. The chef tops it with a generous sprinkle of shaved Parmesan prior to serving. Normally I find that veggies on pizza is never the highest quality, however, these vegetables were so fresh and tasty. The textures in this pizza are just perfection! Overall, my favorite spot within Montrose Street Market that I would advise trying is Pinsa Fire! Highly recommend from someone with nostalgia for Rome, Italy flavors and vibes. Super friendly vendor and the mural of Rome in their kitchen is picture worthy.

Pinsa Fire has been one of the best additions to the Downtown Space. The primary chef, Will, is always incredibly friendly and ready to ensure quality. I've turned this into one of my weekly stops and will continue coming back for the future.I highly recommend the fig & prosciutto as well as the birria (when its on special)

My wife and I stopped by here tonight and tried the Margherita pizza which was the best pizza I have had in Florida and likely one of the best three I have had in my life.You can tell an artist when they do not require fancy extras to hide the fundamentals. As you would expect, the toppings were simply basil, mozzarella, and tomatoes, BUT they were EXACTLY how you would want them. Large chunks of fresh mozzarella. Thick slices of delicious tomatoes. Generous fresh basil that tasted like basil and not some dried paper. All on top of a perfectly cooked crust.If you appreciate real pizza (not just some dough to hold a crazy mismatch of deli meats and cheap cheese) you must try this place. This is a truly quality pizza.

The spartan pizza special they had was easily the best pizza I have ever had. Perfectly crispy crust and the perfect amount of toppings made this a favorite place for me. Will definitely be going back over and over!

This was one of the best pizzas I've had in the longest time. I ordered the Fig & Prosciutto pizza that had a delicious honey sauce and goat cheese. The dough is high quality as well. Amazing!

We got the Cup-N-Char Pepperoni with Extra Mozzarella and it was fantastic! The crust and pepperoni were perfectly crispy and we loved the THICK layer of cheese. I'm actually looking forward to going back. If you’re tired of overpriced and unsatisfying fast-food pizza, this is definitely the spot to try something better. The ingredients are super fresh and all cooked to order. Our wait time was only about 10 minutes and we enjoyed looking around the nearby shops. The atmosphere at Montrose Street Market is always chill, with plenty of space to eat indoors or outside. The pizza was more than enough to split between two people and was very filling. We live in downtown Clermont and I can honestly say that the Birria pizza is the BEST thing I’ve had down here ? And the crust is the perfect texture. Out of this world good. Friendly and personable service as well. Would recommend!

Been searching for Pinsa pizza since I moved to Deland. Drove 1.5 hours to get here and will definitely do it again. If you've never had a pinsa pizza you're in for treat. Some call it a flatbread but it's definitely not. Angela was super helpful and friendly. I couldn't decide so tried 3 different options. The new Birria pizza was amazing. They all were. And can't forget about the amazing cheesesticks served with a side of their sauce which was so flavorful. Thanks again Angela and see you soon!
