The delivery service was on point. Though we had an elderly lady that didn't get our order quite right. She still is keeping on keeping on. Respect. We didn't get our wings which was disappointing, but they did give us wings in another hour or so which made up for it, but they weren't traditional as those who know chicken can appreciate. No matter as I have some points at other locations, so with Steelers on now, I'm going to be chicken full. Love the store; love the ambiance; love the speed...but got to get the order right. I'm not a huge Pizza Hut(chain restaurant) fan, but it's now my favorite place for lunch. The Clermont Pizza Hut brought back its lunch buffet for only $8.99, and you can't beat the deal. We saw they had a sign up mid summer and started going about 2x a month. It's between 11am-2pm Monday - Friday only and they have a little bar of different pizzas and continually bring out new ones once one is half empty. We always get the same waitress, and I think she's the only waitress. Let me tell you, she is on it. As soon as you come in, she greets you, tells you to take a seat anywhere comes and asks what you want to drink and if you would like a salad. The first time, I was disappointed to see no salad on the bar, but they keep them in the back now & bring one out for you, but I like that approach better to be honest. Then you have various pizzas (thin crust, pan, & regular) to choose from at the bar, bread sticks (sweet & regular) and a pasta that they rotate between a tomatoe based one and alfredo one, I love when they have the alfredo one out I'm definitely gettting some. I will be back next week. Lol

Went for my first Pizza Hut buffet in nearly 20 years, and it was everything I remembered it was. Friendly staff were helpful in asking if wanted anything special on the buffet (we did), cleaning the table and refilling drinks. The place started filling up after 12:30, and the pizzas came out hot and fresh pretty regularly. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Clean, Tasty Buffet, Above and beyond service. Our waitress made special accommodation for my special needs cousin and was an excellent host. Highly recommend if you want cheap and delicious food with excellent service.

This is an old fashioned style Pizza Hut, and you can still dine in. We ordered at the counter and they brought the food out to us when it was ready. There are still remnants of Pizza Hut past, with the buffet table there, not in use. The food was hot/fresh and cooked perfectly. It has been many years since I ate inside a Pizza Hut. Based on this experience, I will dine in here again. The employees were all pleasant and friendly. My only suggestion is to resurface the parking lot. It was a great experience overall.

Met a very sweet worker, but the restaurant appeared unorganized and low-staffed. From what I could see while waiting for my order, the kitchen appeared very dirty and cluttered. Would definitely recommend ordering online, as the wait was pretty long.

I had to give this 1 star for review. We placed an order through Door Dash. The d*** Millenials or Gen-Z employees were too lazy to turn on their Door Dash pad so they never got the order. They cannot think past their noses so they did not think to notify Door Dash so customers would not be inconvenienced. Yet, we were charged? The manager, Lisa, claimed they did not turn Door Dash pad on because they could not get drivers. What? But you charged us? How can that be? Nothing made sense. Typical Millenial gaslighting. Then she offers to place another order but it would take another hour. What? I thought you had no drivers? The employees and manager at this location should be fired. This is a customer service business. I am taking my business elsewhere. It is a Pizza Hut. Not worth their crappy food for this much grief. I do not recommend this location. They lie. Don't expect quality employees if the food is not quality. Total time lost = 2 hours. Time is money. Idiots....you are running a business. Learn to communicate! On a positive note, Door Dash was gracious and refunded our money. I petitioned them to remove this location from their provider list.
