Took 40 minutes to get our pizza. Cashier said he was going to bring our pizza out to us because it wasn’t ready yet. He never brought it out and we sat in the parking lot 20 minutes waiting.

My husband ordered Uber eats from this Pizza Hut. I'm allergic to dairy so he ordered without cheese which they actually did right but he ordered ham, pineapple and green peppers and there might have been 10 tiny pieces of ham (1/2 x 1/4 inch) on the whole medium pizza. Very little of any toppings even the green peppers were sparse.

This Pizza Hut has the WORSE customer service ever. I placed an order online, using the Pizza Hut app. The order was placed at 7:20, the app said the pizza will arrived at 7:50pm. By 8:15pm the pizza hasn't arrived. I called the store and I kept getting redirected to the call center, where NONE of the representatives I spoke to were able to help me and were very rude. They kept transferring back to the store, which I never received response and got transferred back to the call center.So how is it that if you order online, on the Pizza Hut app, no one is able to see the status of your order unless is the store you ordered from! Absolutely ridiculous! It's the Pizza Hut app! How is it possible that it doesn't connect to the call center nor corporate??? It doesn't make sense at all!After almost 40 minutes on the phone, been transferred back and forth with NO ONE able to tell me the status of my order. My order finally arrived at 8:55pm. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!

You need to pay more & higher more people. Had to wait at the counter for 5 min. while counter guy was on the phone. My online order (90 min. ahead of time) was cooked, not cut & boxed. Again, had to wait. Employees doing their best. Owner/Manager is failing.
