I ate from here a few days and I like it. The food and service are good. The only issue is that it's too expensive. You have to also order the burger, fries, and drink separately instead of having it in a meal like what other fast food have it. I do like everything else. Just too expensive and having to the food separately instead of having it as meal is the only issue.

I never give this low of stars my hamburger look like someone stepped on the bun meat had no flavor all 4 other people were not happy with the food it didn't match the picture on the menu the manager said you should have asked for those things I disagree it should come as pictured period WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MANY OTHER FINE RESTAURANTS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

To start off management is horrible ! They do not treat you like family or act like a family. I requested days off ahead of time and in result to that I was not put on the schedule at all. I haven’t worked here in a month! They tried to put me on the schedule this Friday coming after a month of not working . I refused and quit. There is no communication. I’ve been in contact with three managers about my schedule and I was told it didn’t align with cashiers schedule. I had to pick up a night job and they wouldn’t accommodate me. It isn’t a flexible scheduling with this job. They walk around pissy faced half the time and bad attitudes. Jas is the only one who is phenomenal that I’ve never had a problem with before. Do not work here unless they change their management up and actually stick to the core values that they’re oh so fond about but don’t act on it.

Good but not my favorite Chicago dog. They have their own proprietary blend for their Vienna Beef hotdogs which is definitely not the original taste of the dog. Also, I'm not sure if they put celery salt on them or not, but I could not taste any.Good..... But not I expect from a Chicago dog.Vegetarian options: They have a plant based dog.

My husband and everyone that I know absolutely LOVE Portillo's for their chocolate cake. EVERYONE is obsessed with it! Now, this is my first time at Portillo's and I am well aware they're known for their hot dogs, so my review is based on their Italian beef sandwich and speed of service. The menu is laid out ok BUT I didn't realize the toppings were all separate :(. So when I got my food, I was a big flop hahaha the bread and meant tasted amazing, however. I would've gone to order toppings but it did take roughly 15 mins (felt forever) to get my meat and bread. At the register, I did say the sandwich and whatever it comes with but I guess it was nothing lmao. I love the interior, so colorful and vibrant! I will go back and update my review :)
