i love this place!! i got an iced latte and and it's so little calories and really tasty. i personally liked it better than any other coffee shops around here. we got some little protein donuts as well and they were really good and didn't taste like protein powder which most protein foods do. also very cute environment and really sweet people!

Very nice inside. Always clean the couple times I’ve been. All their food is packed with protein with the rest of the macros being on point. The mini donuts were really good with great macros as I mentioned and the shakes I’ve tried have tasted great. More than anything the owners are extremely friendly and provide a warm environment for their cafe. Definitely recommend to anyone, especially those that are looking for a post workout meal after they leave the gym.
