We make sure to have dinner here when we're in the area. Entrees are first class and our server knew the menu to the last detail.

Sadly unable to rate highly tried to make reservations online called made reservations by phone arrived reservations not registered. Sent 1st plate back biscuits hard as stone eggs so scorched on bottom over easy were so rubbery I showed waitress my flap wobble 2nd order wagyu burger again cooked to point of inedible and the fries were cold soggy whatever it is they were going for missed the mark 5 dollar coffees don't improve rating tiny little glass. Maybe it was a bad day for the kitchen but I felt stupid paying the bill.

Came here for brunch today and our order was wrong twice. Ordered crab toastata with scrambled eggs well done with 2 extra eggs. Came out with hard fried eggs and no extra eggs. Cool. We told the waiter the eggs on the toastata were supposed to be scrambled and asked for it to be remade. Again, it came back with fried eggs ?and all we got as a “oh sorry…”. The waiter wasn't even trying to make sure our food was right. Most waiters usually read the order back to make sure it’s right. We have been here so many times and ordered the exact same thing with no issue and the waiters are usually great. My husband didn’t even eat his food so it was a complete waste of money. Disappointed. ☹️

Very disappointed, food was horrible, except for the French toast. Sent the Biscuits and gravy back. Then ordered the wagu burger. it was not very good ate half of it, because I was hungry. And paid for it reluctantly.$60 for brunch and still hungry. At least our server was pleasant.

Not a perfect experience or meal but close. We started with the fried green tomatoes, Brussel sprouts with the old fashion. What a great start. I had the 'ode to Wilbur and have to say it was one of the best pieces of pork I have eaten. It was tender, flavorful, and juicy. It was paired with some amazing creamed corn and braised greens. I tried my daughters duck and it was cooked perfectly. My wife had the market catch and she didn't love her dish like I did. We finished with creme Brule and cheesecake. The cheesecake was like a basque style not too sweet but had a nice texture and clean flavor. The Brulee was also very nice wrap to the meal. I look forward to dining here again.

Met some friends for Sunday brunch. Hostess was friendly, seated us right away. We noticed the chairs were a little wobbly (seniors notice this) table was comfortable. Waiter came over fairly quickly was friendly, answered our questions with prompting from the kitchen. Food did not all come out together for a table of 4. We had two of the same dishes and they were noticeably different amounts of food? That is an absence of expeditor in the kitchen. All in all it was a pleasant experience, but we won't rush back.

We had a girls night out/birthday celebration here tonight! What a wonderful experience! Adair was our server and was excellent! Very personable and attentive. Victor was the manager and kept checking on us, very accommodating, making sure we were good. The food was excellent, the service impeccable! We really enjoyed it! Especially the service...we are just your average people but we were treated like VIPs! Just a great experience and I would highly recommend them! (We sat outside too..it was wonderful!)

For those concerned about their health, I highly recommend searching for the restaurant's Food Safety and Sanitation inspection violations list on Google. Once recognized as an award-winning establishment with a great rating and only minor violations, a recent inspection in December 2023 uncovered over 30 violations in the kitchen, earning it the worst rating. Many of these violations were deemed serious and unsanitary. It's almost as appalling as the fake reviews found here. It's truly disheartening to see such a once-amazing restaurant fall from grace.

We had a party of 8 with two very small children. The assistant GM Victor introduced himself to us, we were greeted promptly at the door by our hostess who actually opened it for us and they even gave us their private dining room. It is St. Patrick's day so they had a special menu with corned beef in it that was amazing. The Fried green tomatoes were phenomenal along with the biscuits (with butter) along with the biscuits and gravy. With the two Littles, the endless mimosas hit the spot. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Oh, not to forget about Riley, our server. He was great too. One thing that they did that I really liked was changing our silverware between appetizers and entrees. Unexpected elegance. Not something we've seen done elsewhere. Thanks Root & Branch. We'll be back.
