If your Starbucks is wrong, at another location, and you bring it here, They refuse to fix it. They literally go against the barista promise. All they care about is how fast they can pre-close and there isn’t any consistency with drinks.

Took 15 minutes for our 2 drinks to come out. Employees would not let us use our own cups, even though Starbucks is all about not using single-use plastic, and we have done this at other locations. They told us that we have to use Starbucks cups. So I feel like this place only wants us go spend money on their stuff.

After a long overnight shift at the ER I was on my way to school with practically no sleep. I saw my favorite home Starbucks and decided it was worth being 5 mins late for. Well to top off the morning my card declined in the drive thru. I was only getting a coffee and was just about to cancel my order and the employee handed me my drink and told me not to worry about it. I haven't received this kind of compassion from somebody in a long time. I was about ready to just not go to class because it was becoming such a bad day and my anxiety was crazy. He insisted not to worry, didn't make me feel bad or anything..! Now Starbucks gets a lot of my dollars so it was just really nice to feel the love in return. I insisted I could take a minute to get out of line and find another card but he honestly was so sincere about not worrying about it. I about cried to school but I made it and I aced my test. It's truly the little things in life that make you or break you. I wish I got this kind mans name. (May 23rd at about 145pm)

The Batista's working this morning were wonderful and insightful! I am not too familiar with the sizing and they were extremely patient with me! Would definitely recommend! They made the best strawberry acai!

These team members deserve the world. They’re always the sweetest and get the orders out quickly. Even times where I’ve come and there’s one person taking orders and making orders, they never seem upset or give poor service. They’re amazing

Food industry is based on customer service, and today's sucked! this curly red haired employee walked away as i was walking in, to talk to another department employee so i patiently wait. She looks over and sees me and purposely stayed gossiping and nothing else all chill. 4 minutes i waited before walking away without my coffee. I feel insulted

Horrible experience. They didn’t have anything. No cold brew, no whipped cream, no lemonade for the refreshers. No lids.
