Management and this store Cagan crossing I think is not good enough if you shut the delivery Wednesday to Saturday I think you not shut the delivery because you loose business I try to order from delivery the application says is not the delivery is not working and this store is the only one have delivery please can’t somebody fix this problem thank you

Kenzie, the barista is so nice and polite to my family and I. She remembered us from before and even brought out our pastries to us while we were at the table. She is a great example of amazing customer service, but more importantly just a very nice person.

Seems like every time we come after 12 the place is unorganized. People on the line on their phones. While I wait 20 minutes for a drink while the food I order gets cold. One guy talking so loud the whole store could here it.. it’s a shame because the morning crew durning the week is amazing. Definitely won’t be back on a Sunday..

I ordered my mobile order at 9:47, and at 10:10 it wasn’t ready. You walk in and they ask what’s the name, and then put you in a line to prepare it. I mobile order almost everyday, but I order before I leave my house so when I get to the store, my mobile order is ready to go and I can get to work on time. I shouldn’t be waiting 30 minutes for a mobile ordered drink.The old employees were much better, like the guy with a mustache.

Simply the best Starbucks on 27. The employees are all so friendly and say hi to everyone coming through the door. Kaitlyne took the time to explain everything my points could be redeemed for. Everyone is dressed up spectacularly for Christmas and it really gets you in the holiday spirit. Other Starbucks on 27 are closer to me but I’ll come to this one for the atmosphere.

For this rating, all of the blame is on that crazy purple ish pink pig tail girl. She is taking up so much space and ruining everyone's drink that was ordered. I counted 6 orders that were messed up in front of me. Then, of coarse, our latte and macchiato had no coffee. Just water and milk. She wouldn't let anyone of her coworkers help. All she was doin' was being rude to the customers and screwing up their orders. She's making this place look really bad. I feel sorry for the others working there. If pink girl is a manager for some reason, just fire her asap.

Doesn't fill the cup, not even to the half way mark on a grande, if you ask for no ice. If you pay that much for coffee its wise to give people what they pay for, im here for coffee not air. I have been to other Starbucks and they do fill the cup.
