I really don't know how to rate this one. Some days the food is on point and some days the service is on point, I have yet to catch them both but the atmosphere is classic and well displayed.

Came here for a quick bite to eat while passing through and had a good experience.Ordering was quick and easy via the ordering kiosk. Food came out quickly, even though an entire softball team arrived just before.Interesting experience using a QR code to receive your beverage and 1 refill.Restaurant was clean and employees were friendly.

A quick good solid burger - I had a single and the veggies are always fresh. The fries are those super thin ones and a definite change from your typical fries. Overall always a good burger. Drive-thru was fast and the employee was great.

Great burger, fries and milkshake! The service was also great! I gave the restaurant and food only 4*'s because there's always room for improvement. But, my burger, fries and shake were definitely delicious!Not exactly sure how a restaurant can improve its atmosphere. But, there is room for improvement in that area at this Steak 'n Shake.
