Answered the phone and told us the stop taking order at 7:00pm. Arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was only one baker that left at 6:00pm. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time at this ghetto establishment and just go to Publix.

Got there 12 minutes before closing to be denied entry, the employee at the door said there was "not enough time". We needed milk for the kids (came in from out of town) and ice to hold us over until the next day but apparently 12 minutes wasn't enough time in their opinion to allow us to grab these two things. Good to know, thanks j**** we won't be returning here in the morning for our vacation grocery shop or ever again.

No social distancing at all. Scale not working so you couldn't buy fruits unless you wanted to wait through another half an hour line. Four registers not even open. Frozen food palettes sitting in the isle. And they closed one of the doors driving everyone thru a single door making the exit super crowded. The register was so dirty we wouldn't even put our food on it. Never going back here.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been in. While many of the associates are very nice. The floor managers are the worst. Complaints to the store manager are ignored with grievances not resolved in any way. I have seen customers in the automotive department removing their own tires because the associates refusing to change their tires. I am sorry that this store is a poor example of all the great things Walmart has to offer.

I had a flat tire snd the idiots at the shop after 6pm would not do it. One of the other employees who initially wanted to fix it saying that it is doable told me his supervisor wouldn't let him do it nor allow anyone else to do it because it wad raining outside and they already wiped the shop floor. The supervisor came out like a disgruntled teenager rolling his eyes and telling me the puncture is on the side and it is against the rules to fix it. I pointed that the hole is 3 inches into the middle of the tire and not the side. He kept rolling his eyes and telling me that he would not fix it either way. I ended up calling them a*holes because he would not even call a manager.

I am livid! Usually I make my ratings through Walmart's home grocery feedback when I get my receipt from my pick up but since my pickup was grossly mishandled and subsequently cancelled I came here. I made a pick up order for wed oct 9th for 11am. At just after 11 I got a message my order would be delayed. At about 1130 I checked again, delayed. 12 noon, delayed. After several checks and 3 hours after the pick up time I decided to call. I asked for home grocery got put on hold twice and then told someone would call me back. I was called back by,a front manager named Maggie. She was willing to help and very patient with me as i expressed my annoyance. She promised to check on my order and call me back. After she hung up we got a txt and email that out order was ready to pick up. My husband drove out there while i pushed the check in so they knew he was coming. After my husband left Maggie called back to let me know that the system had broken down and was causing delays on every order. An understandable issue as computers can have system failiers. Would be nice, since they have our emails and phone numbers, if we, as customers, could be told exactly whats going on. Part of my order was hair dye i planned to use to dye my roots to go out and meet my Mother and Sister for lunch the next day and as a latina it takes hours of heavy moisturizing to make my look nice for my lunch the next day. Had i known there was such an issue I would have canceled and gone to the store myself or to publix or Target. After I hung up with Maggie my husband called. The man from home grocery informed us that since there was only two items, my 3 boxes of hair dye and st ives facial moisturizer which technically makes 4 items, of my order they decided not to get my items despite the fact that we were informed our order was ready and my husband drove out using gas, which prices for gas are too high these days to waste for nothing, to pick it up. WHAT!!! Seriously!? Mind you, we order many times from this store from 30 dollars to well over 100, they decided my order wasnt worth putting together after a 3 hour delay and making my husband drive out to pick up an order that wasn't even picked basicly giving us the finger! The fact that the order ended up being under 30 cause my other itmes were not in stock is NOT our problem. We made the order, met the minimum price requirement and they mssged us it was ready, but it wasnt. My husband had the man on speaker phone and I asked him if he was seriously telling me they refused to get my items cause the end cost would be under 30 due to their failier to stock their shelves adequately. He stammered. "Um well mam if you want, you can come in and get the items." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! If I wanted to go into that mad house of a store with the crowded aisles long lines and screaming kids and annoying tourists then I WOULDNT HAVE MADE THE ORDER TO BEGIN WITH! that was the last straw. I told him to cancel my order and i heard him say Ok sure in a petulantly rude tone. I called customer service talked to a nice girl names Ashia. As always, when i have any problems with this store, and there was a time the problems were many, customer service never failed to handle the issue well. Not even a minute after my call to customer service I get another txt from the store. The txt was to inform me that my order was ready for pick up.......... ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! So now, at 2:16 pm I get yet another txt that my 3 boxes of hair dye and facial cream is waiting to be picked up! Do they really think my husband or I, and believe you me they DID NOT want me to show up there, would waste more gas to pick up an order they just said they didnt bother to get? So they changed their mind and got it now AFTER my husband left empty handed!??!!! There was once a time when I started using the service the issues were many. On two occasions I have attempted to purchase .22 rimfire ammunition in this store, each time without success. Finding some working in the sporting goods department is an exercise in frustration, and if found, no one seems capable of opening the locked ammunition cabinet. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes I gave up...once and for all. I'll drive the extra distance and shop at Haines City or Claremont, which are real Walmarts for Florida customers and not Disney World tourists.

If I could give them a 0 I would. This is the 2nd year in a row that they've ruined my sons bday. I only gave them a chance because they did a good job on another special occasion cake. Ive personally went to place the order 5 days prior & shown them what I want. 6 sports ball themed cupcakes (both years). Each time they cant find my order & need 30 min 2 make them. Well this year I couldnt wait. Im presently in the hospital & they're letting me have cupcakes with him. So thanks Walmart. Should've went to Publix which is what we did .

Service manager has real issues with servicing ppl! She def. didnt want to listen to what I had to say since she decided to do what she wanted and did more work than needed! Samantha should be willing to service her customers with a better attitude!!

There is a separate store in the parking lot called Walmart Liquor, Beer, and Wines. This store has all the spirits you could like and all with very affordable prices. Took a while to find what I wanted because they had so many options. It was easy for us to find what we wanted but we lingered to look at all the choices. The actual Walmart store is what you were expecting. Over crowded and long lines. It was clean on the inside but they were missing some items. You get what you can find.

Terrible lines. We had to come in at 11:00 on a Monday night for Benadryl after my husband had a reaction to something. There were 4 lanes open total and the lines were backed up to past grocery. It's Spring Break. Have more than 2 uscan lines open!
