I am absolutely astonished with the customer service I received at Wendy’s recently , I have been there a couple of times and I have loved the experience but I must expand on how the standard for fast food should be after my experiences at Wendy’s. My first compliment goes out to cashier Kisha for an amazing experience multiple times, she was very polite and genuine, I had trouble reading the menu one day and she was kind enough to point out everything to me, I am a 60 year old man so l have trouble seeing and she went through all that trouble for me. She has the whole world ahead of her and she is very bright and academically focused. The food was also great but it was simply overshadowed by Kisha's outstanding performance.

kisha helpd me ok, but I ordered some food to go, the Sour Cream and Chices potato didn't come with sour cream or butter and the Aple Pecan salad came without the dressing, I only saw it after I arrive to my destination and could not loose so much time to go back complain.
