Smaller bistro inside the courtyard hotel. There is plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating in an enclosed courtyard that even has a fireplace. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food served here at the bistro, and we had both an evening snack and breakfast.

6:43pm. I have a nice drive home and all I needed was a shot of espresso. The fake southern accent chick behind the bar conveniently decided the espresso machine was broken; completely clean!?! Imagine.

I want to thank the front desk supervisor Theresa and her staff for making our trip to Cocoa Beach great!! From the time we arrived to when we left everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. When we got to our room we had an issue and my husband spoke with the front desk about it. Theresa was quick to find us two other rooms for us to look at and we did move to another room. Theresa was so pleasant and understanding. We were much more comfortable when we moved to another room and the view was great!! Thank you again to Theresa and her staff for making us feel like family!! They gave us great tips on where to go and directions when we needed it. The location of the hotel was great too!!

This company charged my card $1, 250 for a cleaning fee. According to the manager Tom Williamson, any bodily fluid is toxic and life threatening so the hotel has to call a “hazmat” company to remove it. Don’t stay at this hotel. They will abuse the ability to charge your card.

Finally had a chance to visit Cocoa Beach after talking about going for years. I chose the Courtyard because it seemed like the best option of the offerings available in Cocoa Beach. This was my first Bonvoy stay since becoming Gold Elite and I was disappointed at the lack of acknowledgement of my Gold status. Usually, I am thanked for my Silver status, so I was really looking forward to hearing them say Gold. Nothing was mentioned at all. The room itself was what I expected for this type of property on the beach. Lots of wear and tear, but overall clean. Balcony was unnecessary as it looked straight into a large tree. Parking was easy. We didn’t try the restaurant or the Starbucks, but we did see plenty of people eating there. It rained most of the time were were there, so we never went to the small pool. The walk to the beach was fairly easy. I was able to rent chairs one morning and have them charged to my room. Overall, a very average stay. Sufficient for one night, but probably not more than that. I feel the same about Cocoa Beach in general.

Only reason I gave it a four star overall was the prices.

I went for a weekend meeting at the hotel and it was amazing. The actual hotel room was spotless, roomy and comfortable. The conference room and the catering staff were fabulous. Delicious meals were served and the food was displayed so creatively. Special thanks to Cindy and Sion for their hard work!!!!

I visited as part of a cross stitch retreat. The staff did an excellent job during my entire stay. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Thank you to Cindy and Sion who did the breakfast and lunch catering service daily. They worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed. Exceptional!

I would like to thank the entire front desk staff and Teresa for helping me with a very much needed extended stay due to health conditions and my condo deciding to to renovations in the middle of my medical crisis. I was out on medical leave from work. I don’t even have the words to describe just how grateful I was for the kindness and accommodations. I was disabled and in a lot of pain as well. They allowed me the jacuzzi suite which really helped with the physical pain. Since I am a resident I do get visitors and have friends that come from out of state to also do the cruises and I will be sending them all to your hotel. It’s truly a beautiful place with great employees. Please thank them all for me. Sincerely, Alicia M Connors

We got to the hotel late and we ate at the bistro late. Food was fabulous and perfect for what we needed.

As soon as you drive in, you see the beautiful parking lot with huge live oaks that offer great shade. The lobby and the Bistro are very nicely done as are the hallways. The pool is really nice with small rough towels, a small hot tub, several lounge chairs, a handful of umbrella tables and a cabana bar which was apparently not open while we were there. The walk to the beach is a bit of a hike, but I knew that when I booked it and it’s a nice private walkway with a stand at the end that rented chairs and umbrellas, at a reasonable price which you can charge to your room. I booked a balcony room and we had a nice view out over the pool, parking lot and the water way out to the west, but I wrongly assumed it would be a view of the ocean, my fault. The room itself is a bit dated, although they did just give it a facelift with fresh paint and wallpaper and a new vanity which is nice. I know it’s hard to keep beach properties updated. But the Charge Ports they put in don’t work. In the bathroom, to flush the very low toilet, you had to hold down the handle for a 10 count to get it to flush, toilet paper holder was loose in the wall, there is cracked tile with rusty vents & bathroom door and a they installed a cheap shower head. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted on shower wall has impossible to read labels when taking a shower without your glasses, which I’m sure everyone does. The biggest flaw was the really old 90’s style hot tub in the corner of the room, on which the hot water handle was broken. All in all, we weren’t in the room that much. The location was great, the beach was great and the outside of the property is beautiful.
