It’s such a cute icecream shop with amazing options! The staff is sweet and friendly, and everyone who eats there seems really happy. I accidentally witnessed a rocket launch while eating my icecream and got to experience a sonic boom! It was awesome! There’s an adorable back area to sit comfortably. It’s a nice and relaxed area.

I've been coming here for years and have held out on writing a review in hopes that this place's kinks would work themselves out. However, I think it's been long enough.I'll start with the ice cream.It's really not anything special and honestly a bit overpriced for what it is. I asked about the price one time and they said it was because that's just how much the ingredients cost. Considering there are many places in the area with lower prices and much better ice cream, I don't see how that is an excuse. I understand profit margins and the need to make money on what you sell but it seems to me they need to find a better source for their ingredients. Milkshakes have also gotten smaller recently but they still charge the same price for them. Oh, and they won't even give you a lid for your shake!Now for what most people I know don't like about this place... The service!A few of the girls who work here are very nice and I have nothing but admiration for the way they interact with customers. Some new employees still have some learning to do but are not an issue at all. The main issue here is the Cocoa Beach Ice Cream Hut franchise owner/manager and his son. Every single time I or anyone I know enters this store they are greeted with an air of annoyance and borderline disdain by these two. Rarely are you greeted with even a hello and never a smile. Most of the time it's a "what do you want," or just an impatient look. It's like you've just walked into their castle and now you, the peasant, are bothering the kings. The son used to just seem bored all the time and would scroll on his phone in the back but has slowly become just like his father. Anytime you ask for something they have run out of (but is still listed on the menu) they tell you they don't have it and look at you like you are stupid for even asking and when you ask for something else, they act like it's the biggest inconvenience possible. Oh, I'm sorry I'm asking you to do your job. These two discredit any good service provided by the other employees and cast a shadow on customer service in the United States.I think today was the last time I will be visiting. I kept trying to give these guys more chances and won't stop hoping for the best but I fear as long as these two are here, I cannot recommend this place to anyone or even go there myself.

Went here on my last night of vacation. My friend asked to try an ice cream flavor, angry man serving said “no” with no elaboration, confusing our entire party. He eventually added that they don’t do taste spoons when it’s busy, but remained rude throughout the rest of the interaction.The menus on the wall are also so small in there you can’t read a damn thing, and I have always had 20/20 vision! At least I was able to make some friends in the long line over the fact none of us could read the menu.

So this little treat was happened upon on our walk back to the hotel from dinner a mile away. Kind of limited flavor choices, but enough for us to have some options to consider. Only one kind of waffle cone flavor available, as the other 3 were out if stock, but the cone was fresh.
It was beautiful unique ice cream shop it has double areas to eat outside to enjoy your ice

I just got the saddest 8 dollar sundae of my life from here. Went in on a Monday night to grab a milkshake on milkshake Monday. I guess the soft serve has been broken for days said disgruntled employee who offered for me to pay double to use the hard ice cream instead. Feeling like it's probably just easier to get a sundae from the upset man I ordered a small single flavor with hot fudge no whipped cream. He added whipped cream, realized the mistake then spooned the top off into the sink. The final product looked like this. Note it's 8pm and 50 degrees out so it's not like it's hot out this evening. Just the saddest ice cream experience ever from a place that's supposed to be a fun delight.
